We had a total of 14 Guests. My Wife and I with our children and grandchildren. The home was beautiful and spacious. All of the cooking supplies we needed were there to make meals which helped out alot. The pool in the back was excellent which was very private with fields in the back not looking on other homes. The host and property manager Sharon was very quick and helped out with any questions you may have. If we ever come back to Orlando, I would stay at this property again.

Our stay at the Davenport, Florida vacation home was absolutely wonderful. The property exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The house was spotless upon arrival, with spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking easy. The highlight was definitely the private pool, hot tub and patio area, where we spent most of our mornings and evenings enjoying the Florida sunshine. The neighborhood was only a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and major attractions in the Orlando area. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, pool toys, and a very clean, ready to use barbeque. Overall, this vacation home truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily return for another stay in the future.

We had a very good stay overall. The process was smooth from check-in through check-out, and communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach throughout our stay. There were just a couple of minor issues. The game room air conditioning stopped working after the second day. Since we were only staying for five nights and had a very busy schedule, we were not able to wait around for a repair person. We also noticed that the downstairs washing machine could have been cleaner, and the upstairs dryer and lint filter needed some additional cleaning and attention.Aside from those issues, the property worked well for our stay, and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend the property to others and would consider staying again.

Thank you for your review. We always encourage guests to let us know immediately if anything isn’t quite right so we can resolve it quickly and with minimal disruption. In this case, we weren’t contacted at any point during the stay, otherwise we would have attended quickly. There were no issues found with the game room air conditioning, and it appears the difficulty may have been due to a simple user‑error — something we could have easily explained in a quick phone call. We appreciate your feedback, which is always valued, and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay! The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed so everyone had room to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and spa were definite highlights and were used every day. They added so much to the experience and made our stay feel extra special. Our family truly enjoyed this home and made some great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

Host was great and responded immediately to all our special requests. Property was absolutely stunning with large private rooms for each guest and couple with the exception of the kids sharing two designated kid rooms.Games and arcade room shared and enjoyed by all. Resort was in walking distance of home.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. We chose this home due meeting the needs of rooms/beds, two fridges, two dishwashers, enough dishware and seating so our family/ guests could all eat and play games together, and allowing pets. The pool, game room, use of the bbq (without an extra charge) and two laundry rooms was a great bonus for us as well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to access the resort but the unobstructed view from the patio allowed us to view several wild life and a hot air balloon landing. The homeowner(s) deserve more than 5 stars for their prompt responses, cleanliness of the home, the amount items/ necessities to accommodate large groups.
