Great house for all 20 of us. The home is so spacious that we had plenty of private room to ourselves. Very comfortable beds and the air conditioning worked very well - even in the 2nd floor. Could not have been a better week.

The host is fantastic with communication. The property worked well for our group of 15. The furniture is a bit dated and not in perfect condition but with the amount of people coming and going I guess that is to be expected. The pool is decently kept. There are multiple refrigerators, coffee pots, toasters, 2 dishwashers. In other words plenty of space for a large gathering. We did not go to the main Solterra pool area because the first time we went over there there was rap music blasting and it was insanely crowded so we didn’t try again during our trip so I can’t speak to the shared areas. We would book with this host again.
