The UHC Village Park complex is located very close to Plaza Europa. About 500 m from Llevant beach and PortAventura. They are perfect for families looking to combine relaxed days at the beach and adrenaline-filled days. Located in a quiet area, between Port Aventura World and Salou beach, it enjoys a privileged location. It has a large communal area with 2 swimming pools (one for the youngest) and a garden.



DISTRIBUTION:

With capacity for up to 6 people, the accommodation is distributed as follows:

- Spacious terrace

- Living dining room with an available sofa bed.

- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery.

- Bedroom with a double bed.

- Bedrooms with 2 single beds.

- 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement, upon request and subject to availability. Add it at the end of your booking at a special price. Parking is difficult in Salou during high season and, if you book it at reception, the price will be higher.

- Ideal for staying with children.

- Unbeatable location for walking everywhere.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Spaciou and well located

Good size property in good location. Had some initial issues with items not working but they were quickly resolved. The ground are extremely well kept and great for a family stay.

Great appartement for the price

Clean and spacious appartement, great balcony with a view. Parking was a giant plus. Pool clean and warm. A little dated, elevator didnt work all the time. Kitchen towels would be nice

Urbanización muy tranquila. El aire acondicionado de maravilla. Alejado del ruido pero cerca de todo. El apartamento necesita algún utensilio de cocina (batidora, exprimidor eléctrico) El sofá era un poco incómodo.

Très bel apartement

L'appartement est spacieux et agréable. Attention cependant si vous avez le vertige pensez à demander un apart pas trop haut car les rembardes des terrasses sont en verre et cela peut perturber l'accès mais cela dit la vue est jolie (soit coté piscine soit coté port aventura). Le personnel est très à l'écoute.

Très bien

Très bonne vacances à 10/15min de la plage et du centre de ville tout peut se faire à pied. Voisinage très agréable, piscine très propre et bien exposée au soleil . L’intérieur est très agréable,tout fonctionne parfaitement et très spacieux . Vacances à refaire !
