The 45 sqm apartment on the first floor, for 2 + 2 people is located in Valica a small town just 7 km from the center of Umag, and two kilometers from the most beautiful beach in the surroundings of Kanegra.
Furnished with care, it has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV, dining room, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. on the private terrace overlooking the countryside. Free internet access, free parking near the house, the enclosed garden with barbecue, deck chairs. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to spend a holiday in full comfort, away from the chaos of the city in a very quiet place overlooking the countryside. In the house we still rent two holiday apartments.
All guests have the opportunity to use the barbecue, deck chairs and parking.
The area is quiet, with a lot of greenery around, the closest beach is that of the tourist village Kanegra and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The beach with gravel and pebbles, with pine trees around it to shelter from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. The sea in this area is crystal clear. In Umag 7 km or in Savudrija 6 km there are many services such as bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants. The Vera restaurant is within walking distance.

* Registration only on the first day, per person € 7, to be paid in cash on the spot.
* Puppies up to 10 kg with the previous request, are allowed with the addition of 7 € per day.
* We kindly ask guests to take care of the appliances.
* Any damage will be charged on the spot.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Valizza. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, eine tolle Umgebung, jede Menge verschiedene Strände und Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man so benötigt. 👍

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben in Valice, App Barica, eine tolle Ferienwohnung gehabt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestatten wie Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle usw.. Der abgetrennte Essbereich macht die Küche sehr gemütlich. Ein ca.16 m2 Balkon kann auch bei Regen gut benutzt werden, man kann sagen, der Balkon ist für uns ein zweites Wohnzmmer gewesen. Kurz um, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dass wir jedenfalls wieder kommen werden. Vielen Dank Frau Mitrovic!!!

Gelungener Urlaub

Schon bei der Ankunft hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Von der Agentur wurden wir zu unserer Ferienwohnung begleiten. Dort hat schon die Vermieterin auf uns gewartet und uns zur Wohnung alles wissentliche erklärt. Wir waren sehr überrascht, denn die Wohnung ist fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon lässt einen jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Im Garten befinden sich ein Grill, der von den Hausbewohnern benutzt werden darf und eine schöne Pergola zum verweilen. Alles in allem, war der Aufenthalt im Casa Barica im 1. Stock ein Traum. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen!! Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit!
