Nos gustaría darle la bienvenida a nuestra villa de lujo en Campo De Golf Fuertventura. La propiedad cuenta con una piscina climatizada de 9x4m que está rodeada de atractivas y coloridas plantaciones subtropicales. La Villa da al campo de golf, pero los golfistas que pasan no pueden pasarla por alto. A lo largo de esta espaciosa casa desde su casa, hay una elegante selección de muebles y decoración de calidad complementada con vistas ininterrumpidas a dos campos de golf hasta el mar azul cristalino. Las vívidas puestas de sol sobre las montañas detrás harán que su estadía sea realmente memorable.
Ubicado a las afueras de la bulliciosa localidad de Caleta de Fuste, con su impresionante puerto, segura bahía de herradura, selectos bares y restaurantes. La propiedad está en una posición privilegiada a solo 5 minutos a pie del hotel Elba Palace Golf 5 * con vistas al primer tee ... 20 minutos a pie de la playa y las tiendas más cercanas.

El área exterior adyacente a la piscina es ideal para el entretenimiento al aire libre. Plantas tropicales, árboles y buganvillas crecen alrededor de la propiedad y se arrastran desde macetas en la terraza y terrazas soleadas. Desde las grandes terrazas de la azotea se pueden disfrutar magníficas vistas panorámicas.

Booking process was super easy , Trisha kept me informed and up to date throughout the whole process. It was a long walk to the nearest shops , but doable . The golf course was very easy accessible for our golfer and enjoyed it every day . Altogether a fabulous little winter break

Xmas and New Year 2023

We had a lovely stay at villa Rochelle. Communication with the hosts and the checkin and out processes were all very good. The location, quiet and round the corner from the golf club, was ideal for us. The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and very welcome after a hot day on the course. The complimentary bus service down to the main shopping centre was an added bonus. Overall we had a great time at villa rochelle.

Lovely quiet villa

Booked last minute as our original booking let us down and we weren’t disappointed-well laid out, clean and comfortable with all the basics you need. Really quiet and peaceful right at the end of a cul de sac with plenty of room for us as a group of 6 adults-2 more could have fitted easily. A fair walk into town but taxis are only around 4€ and we also used the electric scooters that are all over the place-you just leave them in the next street. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel next door but we didn’t try it ourselves. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway

We had such a wonderful time at the Villa. This was our first trip to Fuerteventura, and it was an absolutely perfect resort for our 1.5 year old twins and five adults. The villa itself was a perfect size, and had everything you could possibly need. The play area was an excellent idea. It was really useful having all of the advice given to us by the owners including car hire and where to go, it made the organisation of things a breeze. The location of the villa was in an excellent location for local supermarkets, shopping and the airport. Although we certainly needed the car. If you are looking for a stress free home away from home then give Villa Rochelle a look.

Lovely relaxing week

Just what was needed a week in the Fuerteventura sun. There was 7 of us that stayed in Villa Rochelle 3 generations but all of us adults. The villa was spacious and well equipped we loved so the outside areas and the pool was lovely glad we paid for heating otherwise it would have been chilly. The villa is within walking distance 30 mins of a supermarket we did have a car but we did do the walk down a couple of times. The local town was nice and we went a few times to eat. A bit quiet for our grown up children but they found a few bars to go into. We would recommend and go back as well

Spacious and comfortable Villa with heated pool and lots of lounging options for 6-8 people

We loved this house. The house is very clean and well maintained, kids who have allergies didn't have any problems with beds or linings. As you can see from the photos, house has lots of lounge spaces (by the pool, two extra chill areas, rooftop terrace). And the best part for kids is of course the swimming pool, there are even some pool floaties for the kids to play. We were 2 families, 4 kids and 4 adults, and the place never felt cramped and rooms and bathrooms are well set for two families (double beds for parents and twins for kids). Only the dinning table cannot accommodate 8 people with ease. Most of the best beaches are in the north and south, so we spent driving north or south each day, but if you don't want to relocate during your vacation the location is just perfect in the middle. There is a big shopping center and restaurants just short drive away (20 min by foot). Definitely worth booking and spending your holidays at this property! We will come again.

Hi Rok, Thank you so much for your lovely review and we are delighted you all had very good time. You are correct re the villa been very central for the whole island. The beaches in the North and South of the island are fabulous , white sandy beaches with big waves which we love ourselves however very limited with amenities such as toilets etc. so alot of planning has to be done as these are off the beaten track. The local beaches in Caleta area offer these amenities so alot less planning needed for families. I suppose it really depends on how adventurous a family wants the holiday to be. We love a trip to an natural wild beach ourselves, maybe once to twice a holiday. You were brave heading a few times. Lol. Thanks you again for staying with us and it was a pleasure hosting you all. We hope to see you all back with us soon @ Villa Rochelle if ever back in Fuertventura.

Fantastic Villa in a Great Location

We stayed here for 10 nights 7th - 17th August 2023. We arrived earlier than checkin time of 3pm and met Tony at the villa who explained everything to us. A lovely touch was a bottle of Cava, beers, water, milk, tea coffee, sugar was all there for us when we arrived. The villia is located in a cul de sac, a quiet residential area opposite the golf course. It was very clean and tidy the pool was perfect when we arrived no issues, well presented to us. We hired a car for the holiday which I felt was needed to get about the island and nip to get shopping when needed etc. we went with Autoresin Car hire which was recommended by Trisha and Stephen had no issues with the car and reasonably priced too. You can hire taxi’s again very reliable and reasonable too. Only €5 to get to main area where the bars and restaurants are which is a great option if everyone wants to have a drink. The villa has chargeable air con in main living area and master bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms. We did use it as we had a heatwave whilst there but most nights having the ceiling fans and windows open which have netting for the mosquitoes were fine. The kitchen had everything you needed and the family bathroom had a walk-in shower which the girls loved. Overall we had a fantastic stay here would highly recommend anyone thinking about it to book it you won’t regret. Communication with Trisha and Stephen was great ask any questions and got a quick reply. Thankyou for letting us stay in your villa

Great Villa with everything you need

Villa was clean and tidy making it inviting to stay right from the start. Instructions were left for using all the items within the villa - TV boxes, washing machine, dishwasher - all used and worked well. Pool was great - perfect size for our family of four, and would easily suit 6-8 people no problem. Great advantage having the pool heated though - the water would certainly be too cold at this time of year otherwise. Little play house area at the side of the villa was great for the kids to play in....when we could actually get them out of the pool. BBQ was clean and as expected, with all cooking utensils available. This is true in the kitchen as well - never found ourselves thinking "oh, I wish they had one of .....". Nothing really overlooks the pool area, which means good privacy and importantly, always has the sun on it. Bit of confusion initially with the towels, as the pool towels hadn't been left out....but within moments, the management company (Terry) had been round and put them out for us - very swift service. Very importantly, both Trisha & Stephen (owners) were in constant communication with us all the way from booking to actually being there. They were always providing information and replying extremely quickly to any requests/questions we had. I will say that it is about 30 minutes walk to the beach and shopping mall when you have a 6 year old and 2 year old with you, so bear that in mind. Otherwise the stroll down to the beach is quite pleasant. Would recommend.

Beautiful holiday Villa where we would return time and time again!

This was our 5th visit to Caleta de Fuste and second time staying at a Villa at the golf part of the resort. Villa Rochelle was just fantastic. Nicest holiday home we've stayed in. It's equipped with everything you need, immaculately clean and has a great sized pool (which was attended to very regularly throughout our 2 week stay). It's furnished to a really high standard throughout inside and outside and even the garden furniture and sunbeds were great quality (this was important as the ones we had last year were not!). I'd say this was one of the better villas in this area (and there are lots of lovely ones) and a real home from home. You get the benefit of this being in a peaceful area but a 5 minute walk round to the Elba Golf hotel and you can catch the regular shuttle bus down to the main resort. Taxis back from town are only a few euros as well. The owners Tricia and Stephen from the outset were so helpful answering questions and providing information on the villa and area (if you've not been before) and even just prior to departure they checked in to see if we had any last minute questions and so on. Any email you send them is answered really quickly. Whilst on holiday they did the same and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We were really impressed with this. Similarly Terry who manages the property on their behalf over there is also super helpful and does a great job. There to greet you on arrival, shows you round etc, maintains and cleans the pool and so on and will deal with any little problems if needed. Overall we loved this Villa, and whilst we are a family of 3 (it sleeps 8) we felt it was worth every penny we paid. If we come back to the resort again (highly likely!) this would be our holiday home of choice for sure. Thoroughly recommend it.

Couldn’t ask for more

Villa Rochelle offered everything we needed for a week in the sun. The villa was beautifully clean when we arrived and Tony was there to greet us on arrival. Tony was really helpful with any little issue and was very informative about the area and villa. The booking process was super easy and correspondence from the villa owners prior to our arrival was excellent. We had a lovely relaxing break and could not fault anything. We would definitely return to Villa Rochelle as frequent visitors to the area. Added wee bonus of meeting and helping with rescue of a North African Hedgehog.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Man findet eine sehr saubere und ordentlich gepflegte Villa vor. Diese liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und dadurch in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Pool ist für Kinder ein Highlight. Für Sommermonate sind auch Klimaanlagen vorhanden, falls jemandem doch zu warm wird. Wir sind mit der Unterkunft, der Kommunikation und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort (kümmert sich auch um die Reinigung und Poolpflege) sehr zufrieden. Können es ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

What the doctored ordered

This is an exceptional villa. Can’t say anymore than that. You won’t be disappointed if you chose Villa Rochelle for a break. Everything was perfect. The experience from start to finish with the booking with Trisha was faultless. Here direction on where to eat, visit and shop came in very handy. The villa was spotless on arrival. Credit to the Sharon. IPTV was great which allowed us to watch our favourite TV back programmes back home. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and had the pool and outside perfect for us. Excellent séjour

Villa spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien équipée. Literie très confortable et grandes salles de bain. Belle piscine chauffée, très bien entretenue. Très bon accueil de Terry. Caleta de Fuste n'est pas un endroit de rêve architecturalement parlant, c'est en revanche une base idéale pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. Un seul petit défaut pour nous, il n'y a pas de volet ni de rideau, juste des voilages. Nous étions 7, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la villa Rochelle.

Great villa.

From booking to leaving we had great communications from both Trisha and Stephen and Terry and Shirley who manage the property. Villa well appointed and clean in lovely position overlooking golf club. Nice 25 minute walk to supermarket which is well stocked. Only thing we missed was oven gloves other than that we had everything we needed, a proper home from home. Terry who looks after the pool etc was always a phone call away in case of any issues and had good advice on where to go what to do etc. Villa has mozzy mesh at all the windows and fans in each room which along with the lovely Fuerteventura breeze blowing through keep the villa lovely and cool. I had mistakenly assumed that pool towels would be included but they are not. We dropped a message to Terry and the next morning Shirley kindly dropped some pool towels off for us. Would certainly recommend this lovely villa.

Beautiful Villa

Villa Rochelle is a Beautiful Villa with a lovely large pool, it’s in a quiet spot but within an easy walk (around 20 minutes) or drive (5 minutes) to the beach, shopping centre and a bit further to the centre of Caleta. The Villa itself is spacious, very homely and has everything you could possibly need for a Home from Home holiday. The welcome pack was a lovey much appreciated gesture. The owners have left a folder in the villa filled with all sorts of useful information, they have thought of everything to make their guests stay comfortable and hassle free. We were a family of all ages and everyone enjoyed the holiday. What more can I say except it’s highly recommended.

Super villa avec piscine

Nous avons loué cette villa en famille. Elle est très belle, fonctionnelle, il y a même la clim, mais nous n en avons pas eu besoin, la maison est très facile à aérer, même en août!!! La piscine est vraiment très bien, de taille suffisante. Un mention spéciale pour les propriétaires et Terry qui sont super gentils et très disponibles. La maison est proche des commerces et plage en voiture ou navette. Un super séjour... allez y sans hesiter

Lovely place to escape"the beast from the east"

We rented Villa Rochelle whilst the UK was hit by heavy snow,communication with Stephen and Trisha was easy and prompt and property manager Terry was on hand to meet us and show us round it's a spacious well equipped property in a tranquil cul de sac with views over the golf course, it's a bit out from the resort centre but there is a regular shuttle bus from around the corner and a taxi is less than 5 euros, we would definitely rent this villa again on our next visit to Fuerteventura

Large Heated Pool, excellent views and not overlooked, a lot of other villa's claim this but in reality very few have it. An exact 5 mins walk to 5* Elba Place Golf Hotel, Exact 5 mins walk to first Golf tee off. 20 mins walk to the beach and shopping, 10-15 mins drive from airport. Uninterrupted views, from veranda and roof top terrace. Fully licensed with Canarian Tourism board.
