Casa Naranja est une belle villa tranquille est l'endroit idéal pour une location de détente à court terme étant entiÚrement équipée et a été entiÚrement rénovée et décorée en août 2018. Une rénovation extérieure complÚte en mars 2019. Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour compléter votre séjour.

Il y a quatre grandes chambres toutes confortablement meublĂ©es pouvant accueillir 8 adultes au total (lits de camp / lits et chaises hautes peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s sur demande pour les enfants) Une salle de bain familiale exceptionnellement grande et une salle de bains attenante Ă  la chambre principale. Le spacieux salon / salle Ă  manger dispose de deux ensembles de portes-fenĂȘtres menant Ă  la piscine chauffĂ©e et Ă  la salle Ă  manger extĂ©rieure et est Ă©quipĂ© d'un systĂšme de tĂ©lĂ©vision britannique, BBC1, ITV, C4, C5, Film4 etc., DVD, console Wii et fantastique dent bleue systĂšme musical. AccĂšs WiFi. N. B il y a une petite redevance hebdomadaire.
Dans les beaux jardins privĂ©s, il y a une grande piscine avec une nouvelle couverture solaire, une table de billard en ardoise, un solarium, un coin repas, un barbecue et une terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le golf, la mer et les montagnes. (NB la terrasse sur le toit peut ĂȘtre dĂ©verrouillĂ©e sur demande s'il n'y a pas d'enfants dans le groupe en raison de l'assurance)

Antonia was lovely, very informative. Nothing was a problem.The house was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Great views from the roof.No issues we had a great time. The pool was cleaned by Aston whilst we were there and what a thoroughly cracking job he did. We met Graham on the last day, and again a lovely chap and helpful.Very happy, would definitely consider again.

Host were very helpful. Villa had everything you could want for a holiday. Pool was a good size and lot’s of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the weather. It was located just a short distance from the airport and all amenities and the beach were within walking distance. Taxi’s were also easy to book via whatsapp or a phone call with a dedicated option for english. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Warmly greeted by hosts, who explained everything and made sure we were comfortable. Villa was perfect for us, family of 6, 2 adults, 2 teens and 8 and 11 yr olds. Facilities in Villa were more than adequate and large fridge freezer made it easy to store all our holiday goodies. As other reviews say master bed is hard, it is but we found extremely comfortable and slept really well. Villa doesn’t have air con but this really isn’t a problem as fresh air circulation is good and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. WiFi fine for kids to chill and watch YouTube and pool amazing to play and relax in. We hired a car although a sweaty walk is possible to shopping centre. We walked a few times but my youngest did struggle on the way back. Plenty to do and see if you venture out, and nowhere that far to travel. Overall a brilliant family holiday with lots of memories made. We wouldn’t hesitate about booking again.

Week in the sun

Had a great time at Villa Naranja. Accommodation as described and outside area was lovely with plenty of space to relax. Small issue with the shower which was fixed within a few hours of contracting the manager. Would be very happy to return to this villa in the future when visiting Fuerteventura.

What an Amazing Place

Perfekte Lage zum Golfplatz

Wir haben das Haus, vorallem die Terrasse mit Pool sehr genossen. VerbesserungswĂŒrdig ist der Duschvorhang im 2. Bad, der nicht gut befestigt ist. Im Haus hĂ€ngen 2 Überwachungskameras, die wir nicht in Ordnung fanden.

Great stay

Just returned from a week’s stay - 2 adults and 2 children (11&12yrs). The villa was big enough for all of us. The pool size is great and along with the pool table there was plenty to keep the children occupied. We did have a car for shopping/airport etc but it’s not necessary. It’s about a 15 min walk to the shopping ctr. We’ve been to caleta 5 times now and would recommend this villa. Great contact from the hosts - happy to sort any problems which for us were a replacement parasol and an extra tea towel. We would happily return. Thanks for a great stay.

Needs a makeover

We have just returned from a 4 week stay. Although we enjoyed our stay we were disappointed with the standard of the villa which is not a luxury villa as advertised. The pool area is nice but in serious need of maintenance. The fence was broken and flapping around, the pool surround was chipped and in need of painting and there were some loose tiles. There were pillars which had been repaired but not painted. The furnishings in the villa were of poor quality and the shower head in the on suite is held up with a screw. The whole place had only been surface cleaned and the bedding was only changed after 10 days. When we had a problem whilst we were there Richard came to resolve straight away which was good but the villa is in need of a makeover.

Brilliant!

We had a brilliant 12 days at this very comfortable villa. From check in to check out, Nico and Peter couldn't have been more helpful. The outside space is just great! We had the pool heated so we could use it at any time and enjoyed the pool table too. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Average property.

Property is OK but could use some updating. En suite shower slide held with string and crack in tray fixed with silicone. Large amounts of dust on ceiling fan blades which need cleaning off, paint flaking on internal walls too. There have been some exterior updates like new tiles around pool , but pool edges need repaint to complete the look , biggest issue was I received email from owner half way through my stay to state the pool heat had been left on in error and he had just noticed the mail he wanted to send me some weeks back had not sent , then tried to charge me for pool heat , I did reply to say I was not paying as I did not request the pool heated and asked if it could be turned off immediately. Owner then conceded as the issue was there fault they would not charge but it did feel a bit like trying to get additional money for something not requested. This and the location on the development (furthest point from town) means I would not rent again.

Relax and recharge

Spent a wonderful two weeks in the villa. Quiet space to relax and definitely enjoyed the pool to help us all cool down. The outdoor space was fabulous and there was plenty of room inside for us. Villa is located in a lovely residential area with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We explored the island easily as the villa is centrally positioned to venture north and south.restaurants.

Family holiday

We have been visiting caleta for the past ten years; always in villas. This is one of the best villas we've stayed in by far. The outside is spacious and spot on to the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We dont hire a car but your a shortish walk to the atlantico or the taxis are very quick to come. Literally call as your ready to leave, fares are under 5 euro to go into the town. Best restaurant by far was El Patio Communication was very good all the way through. Hoping to visit again soon

Simply amazing

Just come home from an amazing, relaxing week in this incredible villa. How anyone can give less than a 10/10 review amazes me. Great communication with the owner and the property manager. Simple check in on arrival and got shown round the villa. Then was told to get in touch if any issues and we were left to enjoy our holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. A very good folder left with plenty information on the local area if this is your first visit. Located in a very quiet area yet just a couple of minutes drive to the shopping areas. Would say a car is necessary to save on taxis but cars are cheap to rent for the week. The pool is simply incredible, clean and well maintained. The pool table is also a nice extra to while away an afternoon in the sun although we didn’t like using it too much in case the noise disturbed our neighbours. All in all an amazing property that we have already looked into rebooking for next year.

Fab stay in lovely villa

Myself and my family stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of April and we had a great time. The villa itself is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property managers Peter and Nico were great and answered any questions we had. The check in and out process was also easy and painless! The villa is in a nice quiet location and is only a short walk to the shopping centre. We’ve been to Caleta about 8 times now and know the area well and love this location. I would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

Pleasant stay

House was roomy and well furnished. Some areas could have been a bit cleaner but the management company blamed this on the Calima!! Pool was spotless and was cleaned again during our stay, it was heated to a lovely temperature which we had paid extra for. The only thing that could be better is by providing mosquito nets on the doors and windows. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom but we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes

Villa agréable et bien située

La villa est conforme au descriptif, au calme (proche de l'aĂ©roport mais le trafic n'est pas trop gĂȘnant) et bien situĂ©e (nĂ©cessitĂ© d'avoir une voiture quand mĂȘme). Piscine et terrasse agrĂ©ables, Ă©quipement cuisine correct, bonne literie.
