Gorgeous 4 bedroom family villa with private pool, front line to the Golf Course

Luxury 4 x bedroom detached villa with private pool, located within the Fuerteventura Golf Resort in Caleta de Fuste.

Furnished to a superb standard the villa is situated on the front line to the golf course looking out onto the 17th Tee within the prestigious Campo De Golf development (once host to the Spanish open). Ideally located in a quiet and private cul-de-sac which also provides amazing views to both the ocean and the golf course itself.

Local amenities include the Atlantico shopping center, bars, bowling alley, 10 x screen cinema, restaurants and beach are a 10-15 minute stroll away.

The villa facilities includes a 10m x 4m pool with flume slide, a second smaller pool, outside terraced areas, sun loungers for 8 guests, a comfortable outdoor seating area that is shaded, an outdoor dining area with Canarian style BBQ.

There is also Table Tennis, an outdoor Pool Table and golf putting green, whilst from the large roof terrace area you can admire the wonderful panoramic views.

Internally the villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, a large bright & spacious open plan living / dining room, with flat screen Smart TV, FREE fibre optic wifi, and a TV system with UK Channels, Movies, Sports and much more. The Master bedroom has a King size bed & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are 3 further bedrooms, one double & two with single twin beds & a further bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, toilet & double wash basins.

The private pool can be heated at a supplement of ÂŁ85 per week. Air-Conditioning (in the 4 bedrooms) can also be added at a cost of ÂŁ165 per week.

Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Infrastruktur in der NÀhe!

Wir waren 10 Tage Anfang Februar in diesem schönen Haus in Caleta de Fuste. Die Möglichkeit, das Haus nicht nur von Samstag bis Samstag buchen zu können, sondern auch wĂ€hrend der Woche abreisen zu können, haben wir sehr begrĂŒĂŸt.Dadurch, dass das Haus nach Norden ausgerichtet ist, bietet es fĂŒr den außengelegen Essbereich und fĂŒr die Sitzecke einen guten Schutz vor der auch zu dieser Jahreszeit krĂ€ftigen Sonne. Die KĂŒche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine großzĂŒgige KĂŒhl-/Gefrierkombination.Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls gut angelegt, die Matrazen haben uns gut schlafen lassen und die Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster sind natĂŒrlich toll.Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls sauber und in gutem Zustand.Das Wohnzimmer ist gerĂ€umig und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen netten Couchbereich und einen großen Esstisch. Der Fernseher könnte etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer sein und deutsche Sender wĂ€ren natĂŒrlich schön gewesen; dank der guten Internetverbindung aber kein Problem, das sich nicht lösen lĂ€ĂŸt. Die verdunkelten Fenster haben wir als eher unnötig empfunden.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Another fabulous week

We had another amazing week in this villa. It has absolutely everything we required. The pool is amazing, the outside space is perfect and we love the added bonus of the pool table and ping pong table. The air conditioning was an absolute god send - thanks Cheryl for suggesting it !

Well what to say having never left a review before. We were booked as five adults and two children aged 6 and 9. There are not enough adjectives to describe this beautiful spacious home. We paid a for a few additional extras like heating the outdoor pool and having the air conditioning switched on. These additional fees were not overly expensive and well worth the additional cost. The villa is spacious and immaculately clean, well cared for and very modern. The pool was brilliant which we spent enormous amount of time in with the boys. There was an outdoor pool table, table tennis table and even a few putting holes in the small artificial turf area. You really only need to leave this villa to buy food and off course the odd bottle of wine. The air conditioning was a blessing as the weather was fantastic, so that small charge was money well spent. What can I say about our host, no question went unanswered. Every question, query or inquiry went answered and answered within five minutes of asking. So thank you to our host for all your help. Our contact who met us at the villa on check in day was also great, answered all our questions about the resort and give us a run down of all the do’s and don’t’s in regards to the villa. So in summary, first class from everyone involved. D-O-A April 10, 2024

Great villa in excellent location

Thanks Cheryl, we had a great stay at your villa. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The swimming pool is a great size and my kids loved it. Nice area and easy walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back. Golf course looked great too but didn't get the chance to play. Maybe next time!

Fabulous Villa

We had an amazing time at Villa Peartree. We have stayed in a number if villas over the 13 yrs we have visited Caleta and Villa Peartree is one of the best. It had everything we needed to meet the needs of all family members. It was modern, spacious and clean. The pool was fabulous and the pool table and table tennis gave us hours of evening fun. 100% recommend and will definitely be back 😀

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at the villa at the end of October 2023. The villa was as described and looked clean and tidy on arrival. Our 2 children (11 and 15) loved the pool, especially the slide (which is very fast btw). We payed for pool heating and it was worth the extra money at this time of year as the sun sets quite early. In addition the pool table, table tennis and putting green were plenty to keep this family entertained. The villa is in the middle of the Fuerteventura golf resort (estate) and is about 15 mins walk to the nearest beach, supermarket and restaurants. There are also scooters for hire dotted around which can be used by downloading the app to shorten your journey time anywhere.

Good Distance From Facilities

Villa is close to Atlantico and multiple restaurants in the hotel area. Walking distance to town is around 25 minutes where there are far more bars and restaurants and is slightly more lively and open later. Villa has enough facilities to keep families with kids busy as the pool table was enjoyed by my nephew who was staying across the road at another villa. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay on the golf course as it is ideally located.

Amazing villa! Will be visiting again!

Loved this villa. The layout, the location was great, 10 mins walk to a supermarket with some lovely restaurants behind in on the lower floor. Really handy electric scooters available just down the road making it easy to get to the next village will more restaurants and shops. The children aged 4 and 10 loves the slide and the little one aged 2 loved the smaller pool. So pleased we paid for the pool to heated as the island can be windy and it made it warmer for them to stay in. We will definitely return.

Lovely modern villa in peaceful location

Modern, clean villa on a quiet street overlooking the golf course. Walking distance to the Atlantico Centre (10-15 mins) & the centre of Caleta (25-30 mins). Good range of equipment in kitchen for self catering and great outdoor area with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool table as additional entertainment for evenings in. The host was always quick to respond to enquiries & very kind in responses. The property manager was there to greet us on arrival & was also very friendly & welcoming. Great villa overall, would definitely re-visit in the future!

Peace and luxury

We loved our stay at Pearetree. The villa itself has an ideal layout for a family with all bedrooms off one corridor. All rooms are a great size and beautifully decorated. The living room and kitchen were also well furnished and provided for. It is comfortable, clean and stylish. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. We hadn't realised the air con was only in bedrooms but had just misunderstood the wording in the listing. In the end it didn't matter as there are tower fans which made the heat in the living room manageable! Outside the space is private and again well presented. We are lovers of plants so missed the presence of real trees but the palms on the golf course beside the boundary were appreciated and overall it didn't diminish our enjoyment. The outside terrace was so wonderful for resting out of the intense heat. We dined Al fresco on the huge table most meals. The pool was fantastic and we were so glad to have paid the extra for the heating. We were all in there every day! The roof terrace was also glorious. We enjoyed it for exercising early morning and then for drinks on an evening out of the intense heat. The location was peaceful. Neither of the villas either side had guests while we were there in June and it was so tranquil. We hired a car for the week and felt it necessary as it's quite a walk to the Atlantico shopping centre and sea front. It also meant we could explore inland and had an amazing afternoon in Antigua. We fully recommend this lovely Villa!

Wundervoller Urlaub in toller, ruhiger Lage

Ein tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage (absolut ruhig (von den Flugzeugen mal abgesehen, haben uns aber nicht gestört), aber als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr die Inselerkundung ideal. Zudem ein sehr schöner Strand in notfalls fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung). Ebenso ein Einkaufzentrum. Parkplatz vor der TĂŒr. Schöner, sauberer Pool mit Rutsche (auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Kinder ein Spaß). FĂŒr 8 Personen möglich, wĂŒrde ich fĂŒr 6 Personen empfehlen. Sehr gute, schneller Kontakt zur Vermietung. Da wir einen weiteren Urlaub auf Fuerte planen, werden wir direkt wieder hier buchen.

Great Relaxing Stay

Great villa, lovely quiet location but still within walking distance to the resort. Great host. Paid extra for the pool to be heated which we were glad we did. Garden, bigger than expected with lots to do and plenty of loungers.. Would love to go back.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful villa, great communication and seamless check in and out. Villa is in a great location only 10mins walk from beach and shops. Very well equipped, a real home from home. We paid extra and had the pool heated and was worth every single penny. Have already suggested this villa to family and friends looking for a week of winter sun.
