About this property
4-bedroom house, garden and terraces.
House very nice and bright where we live in the year with our 3 daughters, a beautiful garden with terrace not overlooked, and strong point of this garden a play area for children (swing, wooden cabin with a beautiful slide (1 smaller for less than 2 years) a sandbox and finally the possibility of putting the pool if the weather is favorable (otherwise 2 superb aquatic centers including 1 to 10 min by car) and several pools in a radius of 10kms!
The city center is 10 minutes by bike, 24h circuit (less than 10 minutes by car)

Jolie et confortable, maison très bien située au Mans
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie et agréable maison. Le jardin avec piscine est super, avec une terrasse pour y passer de sympathiques soirées.
La maison est facile d’accès et proche de la rocade du Mans pour pouvoir se déplacer facilement mais sans les inconvénients du bruit de celle-ci.
Les chambres y sont grandes et confortables, et la cuisine très bien équipée.
Un très grand merci aux propriétaires si agréables qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement bien.
