Paula, we are incredibly sorry for any inconvenience the issues with the internet and tv may have caused. This was an issue that our maintenance team was unable to address, and Mediacom had to be called. Unfortunately, when a vendor has to be called, it does delay the time it takes to get the issue addressed. After communicating with you, we are glad to hear that you found the compensation amount that we offered was sufficient. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
