This unit features a great floor plan and renovation. The unit is engrossed in sunlight from the wall of sliders facing the boat basin and ICW. The modern design is classic & comfortable. Quaint dwelling

I would definitely stay again if we go back. It was spacious and had all that we needed and then some. Loved the neighborhood, and short walk to the beach. It was a calming relaxing vacation and the neighborhood added to that with its older crowd which made it feel very safe with having kids. Would have liked if the listing said it had a pack n play so we didn’t have to bring ours. Also bring quarters since the laundry is at the clubhouse/office area and not in the unit. But that’s on myself for not reading the details of the listing. Overall we loved it and hopefully we’ll be allowed back with our three very wild animals that made it hard to stay quiet.

Nice condo & grounds

Nice condo with great view of intercostal waterway. Grounds are very well maintained. We liked the picnic & grilling area along with the path along the water with seating overlooking the water. Our only issue was the condo was on the third floor with no elevator which made it difficult for us.

Siesta Key

The property was very clean, but does not match the description fully. While the furniture and flooring and kitchen appliances, may be new- it is not a renovation. The cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom are very worn and not new, neither are the countertops. The property manager was responsive, but not necessarily informed about laundry facilities or beach access. Great location - walking distances to many things.

Beautiful Condo

All the pictures are completely accurate. Such a convenient check in process. The condo was stock with everything you could possibly need. And an entire storage space with ceiling to floor things for the beach. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back

Our stay at the property was great! The owner was informative and helpfull. Place was clean and offered many great amenities. I would stay here again. The Vrbo process was easy.

Fabulous apartment close to beach

Very nice furnished apartment with comfy beds. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle bus available to go to the main village. The host was very service minded and fixed all things we asked for within 24 hours. I highly recommend this apartmentand would book it again.

"Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht und es war wieder eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe von großartigen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen - von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den bequemen Betten. Besonders genossen haben wir die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon, wo wir jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang über dem Kanal beobachten konnten. Der Vermieter war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, und die Buchung verlief reibungslos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier, den wir bereits planen! Wonderful condo! Nice view of the intercostal waterway from the lanai. Beach towels, cart and sand chairs were a plus. Had a great, relaxing 2 week stay.

Overall enjoyable and comfortable experience. Easy check in and owner was very responsive. Nicely updated and very comfortable furnishings. Great outdoor deck. Easy access to beach and attractive outdoor property/grounds.

Beautiful September Stay

My husband and I stayed for a beautiful week in September, post tourist season. The pictures portray this beautiful condo, but don’t highlight enough the amazing balcony with glorious sunrises each morning. It was stocked with all necessities and clean linens. We enjoyed our favorite restaurants and bars all within walking distances, as well as the amazing beach each day.

Amazing

The condo was so clean and beautifully furnished! Clint was so nice and got back to us right away if we had any questions! The view was beautiful of the waterway and intercoastal. The beds were comfy and the condo had all the things we needed for our stay. We would definitely rent this property again!
