apartment in the sports area of Winterberg

Our property is located near the sports area. You will enjoy my place because it is quietly located near the sports facilities and the ski area and within walking distance of the center. My space is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and families (with children).
The property is very suitable for 4 people. A fifth person is also possible. In the bedroom there are 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge and microwave. The necessary appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle e. d. are also provided. There are plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans for hand. There is television and internet. For the internet a code must be requested when logging in. There is an electric heater in the living room and an additional heater in the bedroom.
Parking is recommended in the parking garage as there is a parking ban along the street at the height of the apartment. Each apartment has its own parking space. The parking space that belongs to the apartment is in the second parking garage.
The ski slopes are a few minutes from the apartment. Nearby is also a mountain biking trail, a bobsleigh track and a sommer toboggan run. There is also a climbing forest in the immediate vicinity. You will also find a swimming lake within a ten minute drive.
The City of Winterberg requires 2.50 per day p. p. "kurtaxe". These can be paid at the tourist office in the center, and you will receive a Kurpas with which you can get a discount on various occasions and when purchasing a ski pass. You are responsible for paying this tourist tax and are not included in the price.
