Three-room apartment located inside the Residence Marina di Pinarello, surrounded by greenery just five minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach and rocks of the Gulf of Pinarello. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished, is located on the ground floor with a private garden (equipped with table and chairs) and free and reserved parking space in front. Composed of a large living / dining room with kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hobs, complete kitchen equipment, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Guests also have a hairdryer and iron. Inside the residence there are also a swimming pool with a bar area, a barbecue area, bowling greens, beach volleyball and five-a-side football that can be used for free. During July and August in the bar area theme nights are organized, aperitif and in the morning you can buy fresh baked goods such as bread, pizzas, focaccias, croissants. There is the possibility to rent linen kits at the reception and to use the coin-operated washing machines. Free Wi-Fi is available in the pool / bar area.
The apartment is exposed in such a way as to be very bright, the large veranda still allows you to eat outside and the children can play in the garden while remaining in a protected area. Inside the residence there is no minimarket, the closest is located in Sainte Lucie at 5 Km.

Ruhige Unterkunft mit schönem Strand in einiger Entfernung.

Der Check-in verlief problemlos, und wir konnten sogar etwas früher einziehen, was sehr angenehm war. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem schönen, ruhigen Gelände. Leider war der Fußweg zum „schönen“ Strand (der auf den Bildern) deutlich länger als angegeben – statt 5 Minuten brauchten wir mit unseren Kindern etwa 15-20 Minuten. Es gab auch einen näheren Strand, an dem man zunächst vorbei lief, dieser war vielleicht 10 min entfernt aber nicht besonders schön. Am Strand selbst konnte man sich aber problemlos den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Bereich um die Ferienanlage „Kallisterra“, wo es eine sehr schöne öffentliche Bar gab. Für Ausflüge fanden wir die Unterkunft allerdings nicht ideal. Der Weg zur T10 war fast immer stark befahren, und allein dorthin brauchten wir etwa 15 Minuten (dort gab es auch die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeit). Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das fehlende WLAN und der mangelnde Handyempfang in der Unterkunft, was die Planung von Ausflügen erschwerte. Kostenloses WLAN gab es nur am Pool, der etwa 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt war. Der Pool war für die Kinder toll, so konnten sich Nachmittags immer noch mal schnell reinspringen. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber nichts Besonderes. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß, und wir hätten uns eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Mit in der Nacht geöffnetem Fenster konnte man die Wohnung ausreichend unterkühlen, jedoch verlief direkt an dem Fenster ein Weg zu anderen Un

Corsica da sogno

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana deliziosa in questa struttura che si trova all'interno di un residence. L'appartamento è pulito con la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno, il residence è immerso nel verde, silenzioso e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Appartement agréable. Il n y a pas de climatisation mais on peut faire des courants d air et il y fait bon même avec de forte chaleur. A moins de 10 minutes à pied d une très belle plage. Piscine propre et pas trop fréquentée. La résidence est bien entretenue et calme. Elle est organisée pour assurer de l intimité malgré le nombre d appartements. On entend parfois les animations de la résidence d à côté. Un aspirateur serait utile. Des travaux de rénovation vont être faits dans la salle de bain pour améliorer la fermeture de la douche. La gardienne permet de faire des lessives pour 7 euros la machine de 8kg. C est une dame très sympathique. Le boulanger passe tous les matins dans la résidence. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes en voiture s il n y a pas d embouteillage. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

Prima appartement in mooie omgeving en goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving

Prima appartement dat ligt in een complex (residence) met 8 lage gebouwen, die verspreid liggen tegen een helling met veel begroeiing. Er is een ovaal zwembad (op 2 minuutjes lopen van het appartement) met een ondiep deel en dieper deel. Daarbij ligt een klein gebouwtje met toilet, douche, BBQ en WiFi punt. Verder zijn er geen faciliteiten (behalve een receptie met gelimiteerde openingstijden; in de ochtend en avond 2 uur). Er komt in de ochtend een busje met vers brood. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is ca. 10 minuten rijden. Het strand ligt op ca. 10 minuten lopen en is makkelijk te bereiken via de achteruitgang bij het zwembad. Als je iets verder zuidwaarts loopt langs het strand kom je bij het strand bij vakantiepark Kallisterra. Hier is de baai/zee beter begaanbaar (zand i.p.v. keien) en kun je o.a. zeilboten huren en windsurfen. Het appartement zelf is prima. Niet luxe, maar gewoon oké. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, eentje klein met twee losse bedden en eentje met een tweepersoonsbed. Wij vonden deze wat hard aanvoelen, maar iedereen heeft zijn zo zijn eigen voorkeur. De badkamer is een beetje aan vervanging toe, maar dat staat ook op de planning. Wij vonden de douche overigens erg fijn (stevige straal). De woonkamer bevat een slaapbank, kast, keukentafel en keukenblok met voldoende keukenwaar. Let wel: er zijn geen airco (wel 1 ventilator) en geen handdoeken of beddengoed. Dit kun je wel huren, maar wij hadden onze eigen gear mee. Voor het appartement is een (beschut) terras met aansluitend een grasveldje en eigen parkeerplaats. Wij voelden ons thuis en hebben veel kunnen ondernemen.

Great stay in zone!!

We had a great stay in this appartment! Owner , Roberta, is very nice person and she care for us before arriving and during stay. We were very well receptioned in Marina di Pinarello by Rita, who made all easy. Appartment is well placed to visit best beachs in south and also to do excursions to top of Corse (Aiguilles de Bavella). Also very calm to rest perfectly at night. Great!!

The apartment is placed in a nice residence. We have passed good holidays, we used the swimming pool and the flat was conform with the pictures. It has been a real pleasure for us and our 2 children to leave there during one week!!!
