Very nice, bright, spacious attic apartment, with pleasant views of the historic "Villa Bottini", whose garden will be the backdrop to your every awakening. Equipped with all the comforts necessary to make your stay pleasant. The location allows you to visit the historic walls and the main attractions of Lucca, all reachable with a few minutes' walk in the alleys of the city.
It has recently been renovated and newly furnished (approximately 80 square meters) and is located on the 3rd and last floor reachable by climbing a comfortable staircase of 3 flights interspersed with landings (without a lift) and can accommodate up to 4 people who want to spend a beautiful and romantic holiday in Lucca or even for those who have to stop for work.
The accommodation consists of:
- large entrance / living room with sofas, Smart LCD TV and air conditioning.
- well-equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Moka coffee maker, plates, wine glasses, pots). If you decide to dine at home you will have everything you need to prepare what you like.
- Washing machine available with the possibility of hanging out clothes outside (products for washing machine, dishwasher and cleaning).
- 1 double bedroom with Tuscan-style wooden wardrobe, chest of drawers and two armchairs from the 50s and air conditioning unit.
- n. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with wardrobe and air conditioning unit.
- linen and blankets in the bedrooms.
- a complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy soaps.
- The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
- Free Fibre Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Located in the heart of Lucca everything is easily reachable on foot you can explore the excellent restaurants, pizzerias, minimarkets, Bars that are just 30 meters away, you can have breakfast in one of the local bars and pastry shops 50 meters away.

Getting around

It is located in an easily reachable area, I would like to point out that you can enter the city by car and reach the front door to unload and load suitcases. You will find public parking nearby at 30 meters for a fee or at 150 meters for a fee and during the night (from 8 pm to 8 am) it is possible to park for free or free outside the walls a ten minute walk away.
The train station and the bus stop are about 10/15 minutes away on foot and are an excellent base for excursions in the area. In about 30 minutes by train or car you can reach Versilia (the sea with the cities of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta etc.) the historic city of Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower). Or in just over an hour by train you can arrive directly in the center of Florence, a city known throughout the world.

Interaction with guests

We will meet upon arrival to provide you with a brief description of the apartment, and the places of interest in Lucca and to answer all your possible questions.

House rules (Important)
I kindly ask guests to treat the apartment with respect and to participate in separate waste collection.
- Heating on consumption from October to April after reading the meter upon your arrival and departure.
- From May to September, air conditioning is available for a surcharge of 9 euros per day, payable upon check-in.
In accordance with state and regional laws, at check-in we will ask you:
- to sign a rental contract for tourist purposes IN ITALIAN (of which we will leave you a paper copy and any translation into English);
- an identity document for registration at the State Police Guest Service.
At check-in you will be asked to pay in cash the tourist tax (3.5 euros per day per person) up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights, children under 14 years of age are exempt.
