My 80 & 82 y/o in-laws stayed here for 10 days in late October 2025 after we all stayed together in a larger apartment for 8 days. I checked them in and the process was seamless. This apartment was the absolute perfect one for them. It is located 1/2 block from an area that is driveable and next to a major hotel, and everything was at their fingertips. They were able to have local family come to visit and come up for coffee on rainy days, which they loved. The apartment has a real working elevator that fits at least 5 people. This was very important for them, and they loved it. The building was clean and beautiful. The apartment was clean, fully stocked, and more than enough room for them. They loved the bed, they loved the kitchen, they loved the bathroom. Everything was as pictured. The sunken living area was no concern as everything was well-lit. Great ventilation too. They had occassion to call the management company as we couldn't talk them through connecting to the wifi (our bad for not doing that before we left) and they raved about how lovely the contact was, they actually came to the apartment and helped them and made sure everything was running well. Super impressed and happy with this stay!
