New holiday apartment in private house. Quiet and relaxing place in the countryside, located 7 kms from the city of Fafe, 15 kms from Guimaraes, 70 kms from Porto and 50 kms from the beach.
It consists of a bathroom with bath, a kitchen and closed, a bedroom with double bed and a living / dining room with sofa bed for two people very comfortable.
Balcony all along the apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and a very large garden of 5000 m² (see photo).
This garden is equipped with games for young children, a ping-pong table and a water point (3 m by 3 m and 1 m deep) where you can swim and rest on the deck chairs .
You will also find patio tables and chairs and a barbecue with everything you need.
Totally secure property with automatic gate and private parking.

Nous avons séjournes dans ce logement la première quinzaine d’Août 2018 ( 2 adultes et un petit garçon de 3 ans).
Nous avons été ravi du logement qui est conforme au photos, bien équipé, propreté irréprochable.
Le cadre est magnifique, calme...
Les propriétaires ( qui parle très bien le français) toujours disponible mais très discret.
Une adresse que nous conservons précieusement pour notre prochaine venus!

Location excellente et les propriétaires juste géniaux nous avons eu un excellent accueil la propriété est plus plus que propre le point d’eau en hauteur au top avec une vue magnifique ainsi que les jeux extérieurs de quoi passer de bonnes vacances en famille avec l’acces aux extérieurs et le prêt de barbecue pour recevoir j’y retournerais sans aucun problème et de plus très bien situé encore merci à vous à monsieur et madame Teixeira ainsi que leurs enfants
