located in the historic center of Santa Severina (among the most beautiful villages in Italy). The stone house is divided over 2 floors. Large bedroom below includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed. This space is divided by a screen. Upstairs there are the kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom, closet and a large terrace to be used for meals.
A spiral staircase connects the two floors.
The house is comfortable in both summer and winter.
Possibility of car parking in public space.

Una casa molto accogliente pulita,curata nei minimi particolari un ambiente rustico,inoltre un terrazzino vista tramonto spettacolare, tra cui vista tra il piccolo borgo medievale di Santa Severina dove la rende un esperienza e cenare la sera,mai immaginato di poter parcheggiare l auto tra le mure di un castello da visitare assolutamente per non dirvi della cattedrale e della piazza fantastica del borgo .Il tutto gestito da due persone eccellenti genuine insomma proprio come si suol dire persone genuine ,belle persone!ci hanno accolto con una cena di benvenuto a casa loro dove vi fanno sentire a proprio agio ! Alla fine di questa splendida vacanza ci portiamo nel cuore due nuovi amici Sylvie e Rolando che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa

Soggiorno incantevole a SANTA SEVERINA

Sylvie è una Host straordinaria, la sua disponibilità e la sua gentilezza ci hanno davvero colpiti. L'appartamento è arredato con molta cura, elegante e molto fresco anche in pieno Agosto. La terrazza ideale per la colazione e una cena rilassante. A pochi passi dal meraviglioso castello è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Sila e la costa crotonese. Davvero super consigliato. Proprietari molto gentili e nulla da dire per il posto e l immobile caratteristico... ma siamo letteralmente scappati, l assenza dell' aria condizionata ha reso il soggiorno una tortura, di giorno un forno e di notte non chiudevamo occhio! Mi è dispiaciuto davvero

vacanza da ricordare

Santa Severina è splendida cittadina medioevale sul cucuzzolo di una altura in provincia di Crotone. La casa è in centro al paese vicinissima al castello e alla piazza principale, si sviluppa su due livelli, al piano terra la camera da letto e al piano superiore la cucina con salottino, bagno e terrazzino, questa casa è stupenda anche lei medioevale, perfettamente restaurata e ben arredata. I proprietari, Silvy e Rolando sono persone speciali, ci hanno invitati a passare una bellissima giornata sulla loro barca di 12 metri, partiti al mattino, pranzo a bordo e rientro in serata, bagno meraviglioso in una stupenda caletta. Cosa posso dire di più se non ripropormi di ritornare nuovamente a trovarli per fare una nuova vacanza
