Fantastic Villa in a Very Peaceful Area
Here you will feel at home, the property maintains the essence of the Mediterranean. The house is located in the north of the island in a very quiet village, Son Serra de Marina, next to Ca'n Picafort.
The house has four well-furnished bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. It has three bathrooms, one en suite with a shower, the other two have a bathtub.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, also well-furnished, and it has a dishwasher. The living room is cosy and inviting. Satellite TV and WiFi are available.
The garden is very well maintained. It has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, it also has garden furniture with a pleasant table to enjoy the lovely barbecue in the sunny afternoons. You have a charming option to make unforgettable moments in a great place that also offers a good-sized swimming pool for you to have lots of fun. A ping-pong table is available for sporting activities.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties not allowed.
