We had the best time in Barcelona! The property was perfect! It was in a great location, was clean, and we were able to even cook two nights with the well stocked kitchen!

This is a really nice property in a nice area of the city. Plenty of room to spread out and relax from the heat of summertime Barcelona after exporing the city and country. The bathrooms and kitchen are really nice and the views of the street below are great. It was nice having a morning coffee and watching everyone get ready for the day down below. It's located in a very central area of the city with plenty of options for everything in walking distance. The check-in process was very easy and communication was great. Wi-Fi and the washer/dryer worked great which was very important to us. A/C worked great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Flat, Amazing Time!

My two friends and I had an amazing stay in this Barcelona flat. It was decorated and kept up impeccably and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Very close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and market stores. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Barcelona & the apartment was great. It was clean & well placed within walking distance ( a reasonable walk !) from most places we wanted to visit. Daniele communicated well & made our arrival in Spain very easy..

Wonderful!

We could not have enjoyed this apartment more! It was simply wonderful - beautiful, comfortable, very clean and soothingly furnished in a modern, fresh and welcoming style. The location is close to many sights, we walked everywhere from here. There are great places to eat close by (El Viti, Parking Pizza and Crema Cafe Bakery to name a few). We would love to stay here again!

Great location, nice apartment

This apartment was very nice, and in a good location that felt very local. It was well equipped and when we had a maintenance issue on Saturday night, someone came right over and fixed it! I recommend this to anyone wanting a Barcelona experience. Oh yes, you can walk to Sagrada Familia.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful and clean.. very comfortable. Exactly as the pictures . Location is good. Restaurants in the area. Check in was terrible Had to wait on the street over one hour with our luggage even though I texted 1 hour prior to our arrival . Also they asked us to take the 4 days of garbage to the street on check out. We did not. We have never ever stayed anywhere that asked us to take out garbage. Plus I had a lot of luggage.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you had to wait for check-in, the day of your arrival there were few delayed flights and a transport strike that complicated the arrival of our representative on time. Garbage, is something normal to request guests to take it out to the city containers. It is not advisable to accumulate garbage for 4-5 days. It is something that we ask all our guests it wasn't exception in your case. If you return to Barcelona, we hope you will give us a second chance and we can show you that the waiting time for check-in was just an incident. Once again thank you for choosing our apartment!

light-filled, comfortable, modern and stylish in a nice neighborhood

This apartment is a pleasure to stay in. It is in a beautiful old building but has modern conveniences. It has french doors that look out onto a residential street. At the same time, there is a small grocery store below, and also convenient restaurants on the street level. It was a 13 minute walk to Plaza de Catalunya. We wished that the kitchen had some basic things, like oil, salt, and more hand cloths. There was also no shampoo or soap in any of the bathrooms which is a bit unusual for a VRBO. We figured out that the AC works best on automatic--nice to come home to a cool apartment after a day of sightseeing in July. The washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great location, nice size apartment, only one completly working bathroom

We are two couples who have been traveling together for several years. We look for two bedrooms and two bathrooms in good locations in the cities we have stayed in throughout the world. This apartment did not disappoint in the location requirement. It was also large and well appointed - also a plus. And the washer and dryer were very helpful (note, there is a convenient store to pick up laundry detergent, soap, etc if you forgot to bring some). The only problem, and to us it was a very large problem, was when we arrived we noticed that the first bathroom did not have toilet paper. When we asked we were told that we were not encouraged to use that toilet because paper could not be flushed in it. There was a sign on the wall with that information. We asked why we were not told in advance, we were informed that it was an old building and we were encouraged to use the toilet in the ensuite bedroom. We purchased plastic bags and coped but were very disappointed and it reducded our enjoyment of the apartment. So if you don't need the second bathroom, except for a shower, I can recommend this apartment. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere.

Hello Rose Lynn, Please forgive us if we remind you that what we asked you not to flush were disposable towelettes, tissues, cotton swabs and toiletteries. There was and never has been any problem with flushing toilet paper in that toilet. We were very happy to have you in the flat, though. Guests do not come any nicer... Nice apartment. Difficult transactions with property management and checkin.

I was really looking forward to my stay until I started receiving emails from third parties about deposits and payment. I had no idea I wasn’t dealing directly with VRBO like I have in the past. This was not the normal, easy VRBO experience. The emails I received had inconsistent information and recent reviews had me very concerned. At any given time I was exchanging messages with three different people. Messaging through the VRBO app didn’t work. Overall, the apartment is spacious and clean. Beds and bedding not very comfortable. Fairly quiet area. The bedroom area is dark, unless you have a ladder or means to move furniture around, it’s impossible to open shutters and allow light inside. The person who checked me in was in a very big hurry so I was hesitant to ask any questions. I had been traveling more than 20 hours and she was frustrated when I was asking about the WiFi so I just tried to figure out everything on my own. Unlike US VRBO rentals, there are no written instructions for appliances, WiFi, check in or check out procedures. Location is very good but difficult to get a taxi in this area.

Hello Amy, Thank you very much for staying at our apartment and for taking the time to leave a review. There was a confusion with the payment indeed. Whoever our emails had the consistent information explaining how payment works and that VRBO does not process the payments for our apartment. I am sorry if this has created some sort of confussion. We will improve with the instructions of the appliances. As for the check-in and check-out we sent clear instructions by email and try to make ti as easier as possible for all our guests. I will follow up and check what happened if you didn´t receive the emails. Once again, thank you for leaving a review, this helps us get better all the time! One of the best places we’ve stayed!

This property is amazingly clean, very well appointed with everything you would need! Very comfortable furnishings including bedding and pillows! Wonderful location! Near wonderful restaurants and shops! Grocery nearby. Super responsive hosts!

Gorgeous Modern Apartment

Beautiful apartment located centrally enabling us to walk everywhere. Great to decompress and cook as well. We really enjoyed our time in Barcelona and would happily stay again in this apartment.

Perfect Barcelona flat

This is the type of VRBO rental that you wish you could move into. The location of the property is a great as it is very close to at least two metro stations and walking distance to Sagrada Família . The flat itself is gorgeous with high ceilings and high end finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen and a balcony over a lovely Avenue. The flat actually felt larger than it appeared in the photos. The property manager was easy to contact and extremely professional. I could not recommend this property more highly.

Great location, bright airy apartment

Whilst the apartment is light and clean with comfortable beds, in a great location, we were disappointed about a few aspects 1. Lack of basic expected supplies for short stay guests, eg. starter welcome pack including coffee, tea, toiletries. 2. Wardrobe storage only in one bedroom. 3. No bedside table or reading lamps in the 2nd bedroom. Lots of eateries, mini supermarkets, and great sightseeing from this location. We slept well in comfortable beds, a double in one room, twin beds in another, and an additional single bed in another nook.

Truly perfectly magical!

This place was magical! Perfect in every way! Every amenity you would ever need is perfectly placed! The washer and dryer was a life saver! It is gorgeous! Clean lines and tidy and bright. Plenty of storage. Well needed lighting and outlets. Location amazing. Response in inquiries could not have been better. We would stay there again and would encourage others to do the same. We truly enjoyed being able to open the windows with the amazing cross breeze. Wish we could hire the contractor that did the improvements to do such improvements in our home. We are soooo grateful!
