Equipped with independent boiler, air conditioning, fans, internet and Wi-Fi free, telephone, smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher. It is equipped with linens for dining, kitchen, bathrooms and beds. Upstairs, the 100 sqm sun terrace has shaded areas with plants, tables, chairs, deckchairs, showers and barbecues; the view overlooking the gulf of the east with the village of the castle of Milazzo is remarkably pleasant. Inside the condominium a private outdoor parking space is included. Two or more bicycles available on request.
