On the ground floor the entrance leads to the spacious living room with wood burning stove, plenty of comfortable seating and dining area. Doors lead to the first floor terrace. The TV room is adjacent with large TV with satellite channels and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and fridge/freezer. The bedrooms consist of one master twin bedroom (beds together) on the same level as the living room with en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. A staircase leads down to the other three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with separate shower and inter-connecting single bedroom, one other twin with en-suite shower room and one further twin with adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms on this lower level have doors to the terrace leading down to the pool. The large rectangular pool (10 x 5m) which is set down a flight of stairs from the villa, has steps into the shallow end and is surrounded by pool terracing with a built-in barbeque.
