Host accommodated one of our guests arriving early very kindly. Also gave us a secret ND set of keys. Great location!! Bunk beds gad a very thin, uncomfortable mattress, double bed very comfortable, kitchen towel was dirty upon arrival, toilet seat was peeling apart, dishes and pans were ample.

Great Location and convinient. Parking access needs to be solved better
The property was clean and well equipped. It is close to the city center and lifts.
The parking access is not straight forward. I had to park the car in a public parking during the first night as the parking garage fob was not working as it gets blocked if you don’t use it propertly. There has to be an easier way to solve that. Apparently the previous custumer blocked it so we had to wait until the next day for the office to work with the technician to unlock it.
After it was unlocked everything went well. Just make sure you check in when the office is open just in case.

Chamonix Sud - Marguerite
Appartement is conveniently located downtown Chamonix, a short walking distance to the Téléphériques for l’Aiguille du midi or le Brevent and less than 10 min from the train to Montenverts (mer de glace). View on the river and the mountain (Brevent, not the Mont Blanc if that matters to you).
One big plus for us is that it included a parking spot in a covered garage. It would have been nearly impossible to find a parking spot otherwise. Chamonix was super busy when we were there (late July).
I appreciated that a (minimal) starting kit of a sponge, dish soap, one tablet for dish washer and 2 toilet paper rolls were provided. I just wish that this gesture was extended to provide enough for a full week. There’s something about having to buy toilet paper during your vacation that makes it feel like a little less of a vacation ;).
Overall very happy with our stay.

When we arrived at 7:45 pm to check in, the power was out and we learned that it had been out since the day before. We were not able to check in. The hosts did not respond to my message about where to park our car while we waited for power to be restored. We found parking and then went to dinner. When we returned after 10pm, thankfully, the power was on and we checked in, We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect in proximity to Chamonix center and we could easily walk everywhere. However, it was noisy outside our windows as people seem to add glass bottles into the trash bins at all hours of the night. The elevator and hallways of this building are saturated with cigarette smoke. I would only stay here again if I had no other options
Appartement idéalement localisé à Chamonix. Toutes les attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pieds. Et il y a un parking privé ce qui est un luxe à Chamonix quand on voit le grand nombre de touristes sur place et la difficulté pour se garer. L'équipement de l'appartement est néanmoins limité pour une grande famille.

The rental management should clear stated, there id only one toilet in the unit.
Ce court séjour à Chamonix s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre de la ville. Toutes les commodités sont facilement accessibles à pied.

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Chamonix. L'appartement est agréable et bien équipé. L'équipe d'Abritel est accueillante, disponible et a le souci de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Quelques pancartes indicatives en plus dans le parking en sous-sol seraient les bienvenues.
