I have translated your review below: We had a very nice stay in Sharm el Sheikh. Lee is a super landlord who always answers every question we had beforehand. Also Andrew on site is a good addition, super welcome with explanation where to find what in Sharm. If necessary, he also takes immediate action. The location is fine, everything within walking distance. The only thing Lee can't fix is the announcer who wakes you up every morning at 5:00 am! We turned on the air conditioning to minimize the outside noise. In the apartment itself everything is present, enough towels, bath towels etc. In our opinion, the only thing that could be improved is cleaning. Maybe we were unlucky, but the cleaning organization that was supposed to make sure it was neat before our arrival, failed to do so. Too bad, Lee will have to pay for this too. TRANSLATION: Very nice apartment. Everything was there that you need in a holiday apartment, and the handover of the keys was perfectly organized. The apartment itself is in good condition, the grounds and the pool need some renovation. It is cleaned every day in any case. We really enjoyed our vacation. Unfortunately we couldn't use the large roof terrace as we had planned because it was just too hot, maybe next time. I would come back anytime. We will speak to the resort manager about maintenance of the grounds and pool, as it sounds like it has slipped a little due to reduced numbers of guests due to travel restrictions. Nabq is the area of ​​Sharm that I prefer and the apartment is in a strategic position, near the supermarket and various shops and clubs. The apartment is equipped with everything, sheets, pillowcases, towels of various sizes, beach towels, ironing board and iron, drying rack etc ... You do not have to bring anything 😊� Beautiful roof with beds and sofa ... we have us made the barbecue one evening .... beautiful view of the large pool and on the horizon you can see the sea. I'm sorry to hear of the issue with the drainage smell, this is not something we have experienced on our many visits or any other guest has commented on. I can only assume that there is a specific issue or a blocked drain. I'm not sure if you reported this to the resort manager but I will report this to him immediately and get it fixed. I hope this did not affect your stay too much.

We are looking to buy new cushions for the sun loungers in 2019 as we do replace these regularly (new sunbed cushions & cushions for sofas & seats on the roof terrace replaced in Feb 2019). The place is well located near the shops and quiet, the apartment was lacking nothing with a beautiful private terrace where you can sunbathe quietly with sunbeds, the pool is very large not a lot of people in we had the pool For us all alone very nice to be quiet and very well cleaned cleaned every day. We had not to bring our towels and beach everything was provided with. The owner Mr Lee and very friendly and easy to reach by email and if there is a problem he tells us how to do it.Andrew who manages the apartment is very nice he came to pick us up at the airport and we drive back at the end of the stay.I highly recommend this apartment

Thanks for your review, our local manager, Andrew, said you had mentioned the electricity charge issue & the fact that a dog went in the swimming pool when you checked out. Andrew is on hand to resolve any issues & I am always available by e-mail & in touch with the resort manager, it is a shame you didn’t mention these things when you were there so we could resolve them during your stay & hope they didn’t affect your enjoyment too much. We have never had an issues with any of these things in the 6 years we have owned & rented the apartment. I would like to address each of your points separately. 1) I originally mis-read your comments & thought you'd paid 4700 Egyptian pounds for electric / water which would have been excessive. After clarification understand you paid 300 Egyptian pounds which at today's exchange rate less than £15 pounds sterling. I clearly state water and electric are additional and for 1 week in the height of summer with air conditioning on with cooking & 3 adults in the apartment think £5 per person is a reasonable amount. 2) You can see the sea from the roof terrace & show photos of the balcony view on the website. We normally walk to the nearest beach (El Balad) which is about a 10 minute walk away, I appreciate some people may prefer to get a taxi in the heat of the summer or use one of the many other beaches which are a taxi ride away. 3) It sounds like there may be a problem with the electric hob if it was taking you 2 hours to cook a meal & I will get this checked out. It is just a normal standard power 4 ring electric hob. I have had this checked & it is working fine - however the markings have come off when cleaning the hob so it is easy to turn this on low power thinking it is on high power, which could explain why things were taking so long. 4) There is absolutely no way dogs should be allowed in the swimming pool & I raised this immediately with the resort manager once Andrew let me know you made this comment yesterday. I can only apologise for this. It is a real shame you had these issues & we couldn’t deal with them when you were there. We have many happy guests returning time & time again & I am really sorry to hear not everything was perfect as it should be. I can assure you I will raise all of these issues with the resort manager & will e-mail you separately to progress further.
