The apartment is in a typical "old Milan" building in the center of Milan, in Brera, one of the most elegant and lively neighborhoods in the city.
From an old warehouse, a splendid two-level loft with minimal but refined finishes, where neutral shades soften the "industrial" materials and the play of light of the large windows give a warm and particular atmosphere. The Italian design furnishings make it particularly glamorous.

Just renovated, equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay.
Particular attention has been given to systems that allow continuous air exchange, to regulate the temperature homogeneously in all environments both in winter and in summer.

Quick visit to Milan

A very good location and neighborhood with many dining and drinking options nearby. The only drawback was that the staircase to the bedroom is metal and rough on bare feet…bring some slippers!

Our stay…

The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The metal staircase is a little tough on the feet (slippers recommended). Bedroom downstairs has only a very small window so is quite dark. Great neighbourhood and excellent location for any tourist visit. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.

This is a perfect location, walking distance to duomo, ,restaurants and big attractions!!! We seached for a two bed two bath, this is a one bed two bath with sofabed in living room Bathroom door is broken , needs to be fixed, had to fight to open and close pocket door. Bedroom is in basement, very humid, too humid( because of shower??? The property needs a good cleaning( wanted to use the stove fan, (did not work and extremely dusty) ((((( The service was excellent, makes up for the negatives, as it can be easily fixed for next guests Thank you for sharing this place ,

Exceptional location in the center of Milan

Tastefully renovated apartment very well located in the center of Milan Comfortable and very well furnished apartment located in an interior courtyard, however the room is located in the basement with no real window to the outside. Some utensils would be welcome: toaster, vegetable peeler. .. the mattress of the sofa bed in the living room is not firm enough. Francesca received us very well, she agreed to anticipate our arrival time and we thank her very much for that

Deceptive host-Guest beware!!!

The apartment is nice. But the host is not. I tried to use a washer that the host never instructed me on how to use. I pushed the buttons ofwhat I thought would be the "start" button but it did not work. I contacted the host and told her as much. She never responded to a fix. I never even used the washer and then when I left, was charged a $200 service repair! I contacted the host and said as much as above and even after telling her I couldn't get it to work she still charged me. Guest beware!!!

Uitstekende ontvangst, appartement op begane grond wat prettig is. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Ideaal dat er airco is, tijdens ons verblijf was het 40 graden in Milaan. Parkeren in autosilo San Marco is makkelijkst. Is nog geen vijf minuten van appartement vandaan. Vraag in die parkeergarage om een area C ticket zodat je geen boete krijgt omdat je in een ZTL (zone traffico limitato) rijdt. Kost drie euro.
