the Rosso apartment is located in a prestigious complex with a newly built swimming pool just a few meters from the sea, built in the most beautiful corner of the coast of the Gods, both the free and private beach is just a 50m walk away and offers the possibility relax and at the same time enjoy the bar and restaurant services directly on the seashore, the apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with kitchenette complete with appliances, fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas hob, sink and dishwasher comfortable sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, two bedrooms, one double and one with 2 beds both with wardrobe 2 doors, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, by the pool there is a common outdoor shower, barbecue , reserved parking space, everything you need for excellent holidays!

Tolles Appartement mit kleinen Macken

Das Appartement war neuwertig und sehr sauber. Sehr gute, feste Betten (bei Gewicht 50 und 75 kg) und schöne flache Kissen. Keine Bettdecken vorhanden. Als Zudecke verwendet man nur den Bettbezug. Das Kinderzimmer etwas beengt, aber ausreichend ausgestattet mit einem vollwertigen und einem Zustellbett sowie einem großen Kleiderschrank. Im Schlafzimmer befand sich ein großes Bett (Achtung: nur eine Matratze), ein großer Kleiderschrank, und zwei Nachtkästchen. Bügelbrett und Bügeleinsen waren auch vorhanden. Das Bad war sehr modern mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Es befand sich dort ein kleines elektrisches Fenster. Der geräumige Wohnraum hatte eine integrierte Küchenzeile mit Gasherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Es waren 2 Töpfe und zwei beschichtete Pfannen da. Das Geschirr war für 4 Personen abgezählt - jeweils 4 große, kleine und Suppenteller + 6 Jumbotassen. Dort befand sich auch noch ein Sofa und ein Fernseher, welchen wir nicht genutzt haben. Das W-Lan war top. Es standen Spülmaschinentabs und einige Reiniger zur Verfügung. Ob diese ein Vorgänger dagelassen hatte oder zur Unterkunftsausstattung dazu gehörten haben wir nicht herausbekommen. Lt. Beschreibung hätten alle Räume des Appartements klimatisiert sein sollen. Jedoch gab es nur eine Klimaanalage in der Wohnküche. Diese hatte eine ausreichende Leistung um alle Räume zu kühlen. Jedoch musste man dazu die Zimmertüren permanent offen lassen. Auch die beschriebe Kaffeemaschine erwies sich ein ein Espresso Bialetti, Dieser reichte gerade für eine Espressotasse. Die Mikrowelle war definitiv nicht vorhanden. Auch die Balkonmöbel waren eine Unverschämtheit, komplett aufgerissen - nicht mehr nutzbar, der Tisch bestand nur noch aus einem defekten Gestell, die Tischplatte fehlte komplett. Nach einer Reklamation, wollte sich der Vermittler um einen Ersatz kümmern, was nie geschah. Es war insgesamt eine kuriose Geschichte. Zwei Tage vor Anreise bekamen wir vom Vermittler eine Mail, ob wir einen Tag später anreisen können. Dies kam aufgrund der weiten Anreise für uns nicht in Frage. Daraufhin buchte uns der Vermittler auf ein anderes Appartement, welches von Standard, Lage und Ausstattung mit dem Gebuchten nicht mithalten konnte, um. Aufgrund einer Beschwerde bei FeWo konnten wir doch das gebuchte Appartement doch beziehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler war etwas zäh und nur auf englisch möglich. Abgeschlossener Privatparkplatz.
