Cozy, relaxing, bright apartment “Manuela”, newly refurbished .
The apartment is perfect for couples. 400 meters to walk to Piazza Bonanza
The apartment is situated in an amazing building, right in the heart of the lovely city Arroyo de la Miel, with a 24h/24h reception area, a big garden, where you can relax and three beautiful swimming pools for all the family.
The flat is located on the first floor, with an amazing view of the garden and in the morning you can enjoy a lovely breakfast on the balcony. It consists of a complete kitchen with fridge, food storage, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle, one bathroom with a spacious shower, a cozy living room with a sofa, tv, and dining table.
Located in the heart of Arroyo de la Miel, it has many amenities and services nearby.
There are three golf courses for lovers of this sport in the vicinity of the apartment.
The Renfe-Cercanías train station, which covers the Malaga-Fuengirola capital city route (with a stop at the airport), is a 10-minute walk away. The Tivoli amusement park, 15min. Parking is not a problem either and it is not an area with a parking meter.

Great flat

Found to be clean and well presented. Air con was a god send as it was so hot outside. Very close to large supermarket for anything needed. Short walk to bars and 15min walk to the beach.

Cozy Studio in Arroyo de la Miel

We spent 5 lovely days at this very cosy flat. Our host, Guiseppe, was the best. He was very helpful on check in and check out. He was always available to make our stay memorable ( we had a slight problem with the washing machine and he was right there). This area is very easy to wander with good restaurants and a mercado minutes away. I highly recommend this studio.

Lovely studio overlooking the gardens, which are immaculately kept. Guiseppes response time when we had a query was immediate. The supermarket is just around the corner and Bonanza Square a 5 minute walk away. The sun was on the balcony in the morning until just after lunch then just a 2minute stroll to pool area to catch the afternoon sun, perfet !! If you want a special night out try Iconic Steak and Lobster just 2 minutes down the road, excellent food excellent host.

Beautiful flat

I travelled alone. This flat was simply amazing. Located close to the beach, train station and supermarket. The flat was clean and had everything I needed. A lovely view of the gardens. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this flat. I loved the teal colours.

Excellent apartment

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very well looked after and provided with shampoos, some skinlotion, some spices etc. You find everything you need in the area. There are several small supermarkets, an excellent greengrocer and a couple of buchers a few steps way as well as a big supermercado with everything you need. The pools are in great condition and not crowded. All contacts with our host have been excellent with quick replies and excellent service. We definitely recommend this apartment.

By order of the Government of Andalusia, the use of private and community pools was prohibited, until the day before they were functioning, and due to my mistake in not having written until when they remained in function I made a refund of 15%, in any case given the order of the Andalusian Government you would not have been able to use any other holiday home with a swimming pool, it seemed to me that he had understood, he enjoyed a discount even without having been able to use any private or community pool in all of Andalusia, I expected him to write about a service not due, the weekly change of all linen, not due given the provision of a washing machine. I do not believe that there was no need to specify something that he would not have been able to use anyway, he could have complained to the Andalusian Government, which responsibly due to drought took this wise decision, but I see that he did not care at all about the Andalusian citizens, this would be called empathy, something I did not find.

POSIZIONE OTTIMALE

L'appartamento è molto carino ed in una zona comoda sia alle spiagge sia al centro. E' ben dotato e strutturato. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. E' raggiungibilissimo con i mezzi pubblici comodi ed economici da Malaga. In agosto il parcheggio è decisamente problematico.
