The house has a beautiful private garden with a 7'50m x 3'50m pool, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor terrace, at a higher level of the garden, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner, with capacity for 8-10 diners. With 4 bright and comfortable rooms, all of them double, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. 3 large terraces, one of them 40 square meters. It has a laundry and garage for 2 cars.

Fantastic property and excellent host

Manuel’s villa is beautifully kept and well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The pool and terrace areas are lovely and a great sociable space for family or friends. Well located away from the busy town but in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Manuel was so considerate, responded quickly to messages and went out of his way to make our stay special and really easy! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic

We had such a wonderful stay at Manuel’s home! The house was so clean, stocked with the necessities (towels, dishes, etc). The pool was fantastic as well. Quick 30 minute drive from Pontevedra, and 5 min from Sanxenxo. Truly a magnificent experience!

My family and I stayed in Sanxenxo for a few days in April. The house is beautifully decorated with a wonderful back yard and swimming pool. We were very impressed with how well supplied the kitchen was with utensils, knives, cutting boards, etc. It is obvious that the hosts put in a great a deal of thought and consideration into this house. Manuel was quick to answer any of our questions, help us out in anyway he could and make sure we had the best stay possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

I wish I’d stayed two weeks. The villa was perfect, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and really well stocked with all the essentials (cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, bottled water, drinks… everything you could need).Manuel, the host, was fantastic. Super responsive and always happy to help, from taxi numbers to vineyard tours, he really went above and beyond.The location was great too. There’s a brilliant little bar about 600m up a very steep hill — cash only but excellent food. The beach is a gorgeous 15-minute walk away, with three great restaurants nearby. And it’s really easy to get into Sanxenxo cabs are under 10.Can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time I’ll stay longer.

La casa de Manuel, que es encantador, lo tiene todo: - Una ubicación excepcional, muy cerquita de todo pero apartada de ruidos para poder disfrutar del descanso. - Todo lo necesario para vivir en ella sin echar nada en falta. - Y una estupenda piscina para refrescarte en cualquier momento. Es de destacar también el gesto de Manuel, que nos recibió con una serie de detalles que no suelen ser habituales: refrescos en la nevera, 1 empanada gallega deliciosa para picar y hasta un vinito de la zona para acompañar. En definitiva, estancia de 10, para repetir y recomendar!!!!!

Una gran casa y un propietario excepcional.

La casa cuenta con TODO y como si fuera nuevo. El propietario no deja nada al azar y es muy atento (Albariño y empanada de bienvenida, y como guinda una visita a una bodega de albariño). Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias Manuel, ha sido un placer.

Todo fantástico. Le casa es preciosa, muy espaciosa y todo muy limpio y ordenado. Disfrutamos mucho del jardín y de la piscina. La terraza afuera es muy amplia. Queda a 5 minutos en coche de Sanxenxo y de la playa de areas. Se puede llegar a la playa en unos 10 minutos andando. Ideal! Manuel es muy atento y esta disponible para cualquier pregunta. Todo estupendo y esperamos volver para el año que viene.

Casa preciosa, grande y con una zona de jardín y piscina estupenda

La casa es preciosa, muy grande y no le faltaba detalle. Manuel, el propietario nos trató muy bien, incluso nos regaló una botella de vino de la zona y una empanada. A la casa no le faltaba detalle: toallas, jabones, secador, exprimidor, cafetera,etc. Esta en una zona de casas y chalets a 5 min en coche de Sanxenxo y andando a 10 min de una playa bonita. Si el clima gallego te acompaña es un sitio precioso y muy recomendable.
