A modern holiday home in Colijnsplaat located at a distance of only 100m from the sea with 5-bedrooms and it can house up to 10 guests. It is pet-friendly with maximum 1 pet allowed at a charge and it has access to free WiFi. This well-equipped home has a terrace and garden with garden furniture for relaxing. It has a fireplace, parking facility and play equipment as well.

This holiday home is located on the edge of the Zeeuwse Colijnsplaat and the Nationaal Park De Oosterschelde. You can avail general supplies at 600m away and the town centre is located 1km away. There are many cycling and hiking trails by the beach and it is an ideal spot for swimming, sports and exercise. Take a day trip to the nearby towns of Zierikzee, Veere, Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen.

The park is being built in phases. This may mean that work can take place at the park. Naturally, any inconvenience is kept to a minimum. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
