Detta charmiga 2 sovrum, ett badrum Ocean Block Cottage sover 5 bekvÀmt och ligger i hjÀrtat av Dewey Beach. NÀra till alla attraktioner i Dewey hela tiden erbjuder en familj instÀllning. Jolly Trolley plockar upp dig i hörnet och tar dig till Rehoboth Beach var 15 minuter eller över Rt. 1 och det kommer att ta dig till Bottle & Cork eller Rusty Rudder. Tre stora shoppingomrÄden har alla outlet shopping som man kan drömma om och du kommer att njuta av skattefria shopping som Delaware har att erbjuda.
Denna stuga Àr djurvÀnligt (för en extra avgift) och Àr begrÀnsad till familjer eller ansvariga och respekt vuxna. Max 6 vuxna tillÄtet. Nattuthyrning finns. Ska leverera egna sÀngklÀder och handdukar, men nÀr det behövs kan vi ta emot. Stugan har en queen size-sÀng och 2 enkelsÀngar. Helt ny sektion gör det möjligt att ha en bra sömn och extra sömnutrymme. Luftkonditionering i alla rum tillhandahÄlls samt off street tandem parkering för 2 bilar. Stugan Àr ocksÄ utrustad med kabel-TV i varje rum och en DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet. Komplett kök med kaffebryggare, mikrovÄgsugn, kylskÄp med ismaskin och brödrost.

Setup was great to lounge with our small fluffs, quick walk down the road to beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well in the evening.

We had a great return visit to this little cottage. My whole family enjoyed the location very much. Easy walk to the beach and to town. Everything was clean and the new outdoor shower was lovely.

This is our second year staying at Julie’s. As with last year, everything was great (although Mother Nature didn't quite cooperate!)The location and coziness of the property can’t be beat, and, with the new outdoor shower and beach amenities, everything was perfect until the hurricane rolled in!We’ve booked again for next year and can’t wait!

Beautiful little beach cottage in the ocean block. We just stayed two night, but it felt like a week. Definitely recommend for a small family get away. The owner was also very helpful and responded to all our questions quickly.

It was our first time in Dewey and we enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach is great. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations (and even a jump start at the end!). Highly recommended. Breakfast at the Sunrise cafe and crab cakes at Woody’s.

Amazing stay in Dewey!!

Our family had such an amazing stay at Julie’s cottage in Dewey Beach! The cottage was perfect for our family of four and so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Julie was an amazing host and we can’t wait to return! If you are looking for an awesome cottage close to the beach look no further!

Perfect beach house!

So happy I found this awhile back booking online. Literally steps from the beach, so relaxing, clean and beautiful room and kitchen with everything you need! Host was great & we couldn't have asked for anything more. Nice new outside shower also. Really the perfect spot!

Dewey retreat

Staying at this unit was fantastic. You can tell the owner take pride in this unit. It has warmth, charm, and creative artistic energy. It also had newer appliances and flooring. Unlike other units, the three adults did not feel that we did not have enough space. We used all rooms and loved the screened in porch, and outdoor renovated hot/cold shower(after being on the beach). As for the location, we were not far from the happenings and nightlife, yet we were more interested in more exploring the area by car. If we had bicycles, we could ride the bikes to Rehobeth Beach. We loved that we could walk about 2 houses from our unit and be at the beach. We walked the dog twice a day on the beach. One evening the cat came in his carrier (so he enjoyed as well).

Mother’s Day weekend

Wife & I had a weekend away with our two doodles (Irish-doodle & cava-poo). Property was incredible - nothing out of place.. We felt as though the property owners offered up their primary residence
. We can’t say enough about this lovely property. 2 private parking spaces is also a plus.. Having stayed at many pet friendly places in Dewey Beach, this one is a must visit
. This is our go-to property.

Great April Stay!

This is our fifth year coming to Dewey in early Spring, our annual family outing! A great little spot steps from the beach, anything you need in Dewey, and bonus - a few blocks from a great playground!

Julie was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Her property was perfect for a quick getaway. Very comfortable and easy to be there. And so close to the beach. And dog friendly! Highly recommend.

Well maintained, clean, cozy. gave the accuracy of listing a four. Reason-My dogs went to a kennel as they always do when on a vacation. When I read the rules for pet friendly, at rental would never of thought permit needed.
