Great stay for the holidays.

Very nice patio and view

We loved the large patio, it was very peaceful place to read, play games, hang out. House was large and plenty of room for us. There is a playground by the clubhouse that we used as well Host was very nice and communicated well.

An absolute Joy staying at this property

House was very well maintained, clean lots to do on your downtime as far as entertainment goes knowledge was all kept in a binder for troubleshooting or any issues property owners were nice well-mannered very helpful and wonderful to work with property was also in a gated community and was just absolutely amazing I highly recommend for anyone looking for vacation house to stay at this is the place.

Good location, comfortable stay

We only had a 4 night stay in this property, it was very comfortable and well equipped although some areas require some TLC. The property is a little tired of which some areas I did pout out to the owner during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from booking through to stay.

Family Christmas Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The heated hot tub and pool were an added plus after long days walking around the parks. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room, my youngest son was able to have his own room, which was nice because he is usually the one who has to sleep on the couch lol Thank you for making this family vacation even more special 😊

Amazing vacation

We have never been to Florida before. The house was amazing, location was amazing, our kids enjoyed the pool, spa and games room. We were close to everything we wanted to do. All around awesome experience.

Nice place to stay

House was very nice but nothing special. House was very close to the gate but there was not any noise. Neighborhood was very quiet. Plenty of room for many guests. We would stay there again.

The home was beautiful, the pool was great, very spacious. My family enjoyed their time there. The home is in a perfect quiet secure community. There are a few minor things that needs to be looked over, but overall great home.

Golf Trip

As a group of retired aviation executives we have done this annual golf trip for 20 years. This property ranks as one of the best we have found. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, we will certainly consider renting it again.

I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. The house was very homey, lots of room/space. Everyone had a great time from the cozy home to the pool/patio area (love the gate around pool). The whole family enjoyed the game room. Love the gated community and not having to worry about anything. The owners were great and always got right back to me when I reached out. we plan to come back again. The home was supplied with pretty much anything you can think of, even an abundance of pool towels.

Excellent property

We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 kids. The pool area was excellent. Spacious, great BBQ area and outside toilet. We used the club house a couple of times. The pool area was lovely and the games rooms great. Really quiet location and first time we were in a gated community which made us feel very safe and gate staff were lovely. Great communication from Kevin with all queries. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Fun long weekend getaway

We planned a long weekend trip to Disney from New Orleans for 7 family members and friends. The house was perfect for our group - lots of space for family time and privacy when needed. The house was in wonderful condition and very comfortable. Kevin was very responsive to our communication and he made sure we had all the information we needed for a relaxing stay. I would absolutely rent this beautiful home again for future stays.

Great stay for large families!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Kevin’s property! It’s spacious and comfortable. The amenities were as described. Kevin is a great communicator and organized. He had everything you would need in the house manual. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Lovely Property

The villa was very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. In a lovely location which was close to all the theme parks and shops. Lovely pool area to relax in. We had a couple of queries which were dealt with immediately by the owner. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back another time.

We purchased our dream home from home in Florida just before Christmas 2017. We have loved Florida for many years and are so happy we have now purchased our own home there. My wife Tonia and I hope you enjoy sharing our house with us.

We love the location and community of Watersong. The house is south facing with no rear neighbours other than a beautiful lake. We get the sun all day long on the extended pool deck. We also love the outside kitchen and BBQ.

Watersong is a conservation community with lots of trees, greenery, and lakes. The community is quiet and very relaxing, with a beautiful clubhouse and large community pool with spa, beach volleyball, gym, and children's play area. There are also 2 pool tables, table tennis, shuffle board and air hockey. The community is security gated with 24 hour security.
