Introducing our new 4 bedroom cottage that is perfect for 2/3 families, a large family group or a get together with friends - we have developed this cottage to the highest standards.

The Cart House is extremely spacious - twice the size of our existing 4 bedroom cottage the Barn House and as a result priced at a premium and features many of of our signature design elements - oak flooring, beams, luxury travertine modern bathrooms, stone flooring in the kitchens, underfloor heating throughout, oak doors, quality furnishings, lovely comfortable beds and wood burning stoves. All you would expect from Broadgate Farm Cottages plus a few little extra surprises.
We have created the Cart House from old barns, it sits on the edge of the paddock with wonderful views across the fields from the main sitting room and the garden, the sheep will come and check out the guests!
As you enter the farm you will see the special entrance to the Cart House, drive through into the courtyard where you will find designated parking for up to 4 cars. The main entrance to the Cart House is on the right and you enter into a stunning open plan living area with vaulted ceiling, at the far end is the luxury kitchen with granite worktops and french windows into the garden. There is a large dining area for 10/12 which can be extended to 18 by using the large island as an additional table. Comfortable Multiyork sofa's surround the feature wood burning stove and flatscreen TV with Freesat. As with all our cottages we have tried to cater for your every comfort, there is also a hi-fi with bluetooth, free wi-fi and the kitchen is well equipped.
Please see the floor plan for the general layout of this cottage, all the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms open off the large living area - a king master bedroom with large shower room and views across the fields. The second bedroom can be a twin or extra king and is spacious enough for a put up bed for a child, this second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The third and fourth bedrooms are at the other side of the cottage - a spacious superking with shower room (this bedroom can be a twin if required) and a large family room with twin beds (can be superking) and a single bed. This fourth bedroom has a lovely wetroom. There is room for another put up bed for a child in either of these 2 rooms. Travel cot, baby bath and high chair available on request.
At the end of this corridor to the bedrooms is another large living room with wood burning stove and TV, comfortable sofas and French doors onto the garden.
Outside there is a lovely garden with lawn and patio for outdoor dining.
