Euganean Hills: private home with garden

Ca’ Magnolia Euganea is a spacious home with a private garden, ideal for couples, families and small groups who want to stay between the Euganean Spas and the Euganean Hills while enjoying the comfort and privacy of an entire home. Pets are welcome.

The house is located in Montegrotto Terme, at the foot of the Euganean Hills, in a convenient position for enjoying the thermal spas, exploring the surrounding area, going for walks or bike rides, or visiting Padua and Venice.

The living spaces are arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans and tableware.

The sleeping area is on the first floor and includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. An additional single bed can be provided upon request, bringing the total capacity of the house to 5 guests.

On the basement level, there is a private garage, a second bathroom with shower and a laundry area with washing machine.

The house offers free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. Bed linen, blankets and towels are included.

The private garden at Ca’ Magnolia Euganea is a peaceful place to relax outdoors, read, enjoy breakfast or simply spend some time with your dog.

For guests arriving by car, a private garage is available, and there is also a large free public parking area less than 50 metres from the house.

The location also makes it easy to get around without a car. Piazza Mercato, Montegrotto Terme’s pedestrian centre, shops, cafés and other services are all within walking distance. About 200 metres away, there is also a bus stop with connections to Terme Euganee railway station, Abano Terme and Padua.

From Terme Euganee railway station, Padua and Venice can be easily reached by train.

Nature lovers will find the Euganean Hills just a few minutes from the house, with hiking trails, cycling and mountain bike routes, golf courses and many scenic itineraries. Around 400 metres from Ca’ Magnolia, the Villa Draghi trail begins, a pleasant route leading to the villa and the large surrounding hillside park.

There are also many attractions nearby, including Y-40, the archaeological area of Montegrotto Terme, the Butterfly House, Catajo Castle in Battaglia Terme and the Air Museum in San Pelagio.

We live just a few kilometres from the house and remain available to our guests throughout their stay. If needed, we can quickly reach the property. We speak Italian, German, English and French.

Good to know before your stay

The Municipality of Montegrotto Terme requires a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 4 nights, payable upon arrival. Children up to 13 years old are exempt.

Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of 2, with a one-time fee of €40 per stay.

A baby cot is available upon request for a one-time fee of €25.
