9 person holiday home in Hals-By Traum

Spacious cottage located in the second row of dunes to a fine, white sand beach. The house has international TV channels. There is a billiard table that can be changed to a table tennis table, set up in a separate room, which can be separated from the living room by means of a sliding door. The loft has div. pillows and toys and there are div. games available. Both heat pump and 3-layer energy-saving windows everywhere. The double beds are 160 cm wide. There is a swing, sandpit and high chair for the youngest member of the family. 120 m & # 178; large terraces on 3 sides of the house, of which the 25 m & # 178; are covered. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
