The home is protected by RING for yours and our security. Beautiful home located on a nice and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for relaxation and enjoying the lake and mountain views. Just minutes from the fabulous London Bridge. Landscaped front & back yard. Bedroom #1 has Queen size bed, walk in closet, and own bathroom, and access to backyard through glass patio doors, Bedroom #2 has full size bed, 6 drawer dresser, ceiling fan, and closet, bedroom #3 has full size bed, 6 drawer dresser, ceiling fan. Second bathroom has a tub and shower. Living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, and Amazon Stick. Indoor laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Backyard is landscaped, covered patio with propane BBQ, table and chairs. Smoking outside is permitted, smoking is not permitted indoors. Patio in front of home with bench and patio table to sit, relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views. Please remember this our family home we use for our own vacations.

Please note: During long-term rentals (28 days or greater) between June 1st and September 30th, there is a $200.00 Electrical Allowance. Any amount exceeding $200.00 will be the responsibility of the tenant and billed accordingly.

Everything went very well.Nice property. Well kept, clean and totally livable.Bathroom fan needs looking at. After being on for a few minutes, it gets quite noisy.Neighbor behind has a very loud (probably old) hvac system which diminished the back yard enjoyment some.

We really liked our stay at this property. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Mainstreet. When we return to Havasu, we will seriously consider staying here again.

Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. The floorplan is great for time together eating and visiting, yet offers privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms on on each end of the house.

Quiet comfort and great view

This house was very clean and nicely decorated! Very comfortable spaces inside and out. The view from the front porch was a treat and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our host was very considerate and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

The home accommodated our needs. neighborhood was quiet, though we needed GPS to find it. We had to wait to check in because the cleaning crew was still working past our check-in time.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. I was decorated nicely with a great family area to gather in to talk, watch TV or videos. Home was kept up well. Fantastic views of the lake from the back yard! The only weakness to the home is the steep driveway. I f you park in it you want to chock your tires. Parking in the street is howerver not a problem.

We had a great stay. The house had plenty of room and was equipped with everything we needed to stay for the past 3 months. Albert and Irma were very pleasant to work with. Would recommend renting this house!

Comfortable Home With All The Amenities

My wife and I stayed at Irma and Albert’s home for a month recently while we transitioned into a place of our own nearby. They have a very pleasant and comfortable home and we had everything we needed for our lengthy stay. At one point a couple of very minor issues arose, as they do almost everywhere, and Irma was very quick to respond and address them. (Turns out the issues were mostly “operator error” on my part!) We found her to be very pleasant and open to our ideas. I’m sure the next people to rent their home will have the same experience with her and Albert that we did.

Wonderful Stay In Lake Havasu

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albert & Irma's home in Lake Havasu. The home was very clean and welcoming. Pictures don't do this home justice. It is very comfortable, roomy and tastefully decorated. House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Good 5 month stay!!

Home very comfortable with just about everything you will need. Great location to everything and good views from front and back of home. Wish we didn't have to park our boat in the street, but there was no problem with doing so. If you have a small dog, beware of coyotes.

Nice house for what we needed.

We were at the lake pretty much all weekend and didn't need anything more then beds to sleep in which was great. The kitchen was stocked for cooking which is always nice. If we were going to be around the house more it would be nice to have wifi. It was kind of a hassle having out boat at this house because we couldn't park in the driveway. Street parking was available but not my first go to. Overall good house good location and close to what we needed.

We grow up in Southern California and purchased this home as a vacation home in 2004. We began going to Lake Havasu in 1993 and fell in love with Lake Havasu. We decided to purchase a home and spend our family time there. It has been the best experience we have had in all of our lives. Our kids, friends and family have great memories. We continue to come out to Lake Havasu and would like to offer our home to you, so that you may build and enjoy the same memories we have had.

Our property is in excellent shape and very roomy to accommodate a group of 8-10 people. Good quality furniture and appliances and everything is in perfect working order.

You can enjoy the views from the front or the back of the home. A deck in the backyard allows you to see the lake and mountains. The patio in the front provides for nice and quiet relaxation.
