El hogar está protegido por RING para usted y nuestra seguridad. Hermosa casa ubicada en un vecindario agradable y tranquilo. Perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas al lago y a la montaña. A pocos minutos del fabuloso Puente de Londres. Ajardinado frente y patio trasero. El dormitorio n. ° 1 tiene cama Queen size, vestidor y baño propio, y acceso al patio trasero a través de puertas de vidrio, el dormitorio n. ° 2 tiene cama grande, cómoda de 6 cajones, ventilador de techo y armario, el dormitorio n. ° 3 tiene cama grande , Cómoda de 6 cajones, ventilador de techo. El segundo baño tiene bañera y ducha. La sala está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ", reproductor de DVD Blue Ray y Amazon Stick. Lavadero interior con lavadora y secadora grandes. El patio trasero es ajardinado, patio cubierto con barbacoa de propano, mesa y sillas. Se permite fumar afuera, no se permite fumar adentro. Patio en frente de la casa con banco y mesa de patio para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas al lago y la montaña. Recuerde que esta es nuestra casa familiar que utilizamos para nuestras propias vacaciones.

This lake house was lovely, located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, had a great view of Lake Havasu and the mountains from the front patio. It was very clean and well stocked with laundry supplies and dish soap, paper products, clean sheets and towels, and even coffee and creamer!! Our hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and responded quickly to our texts.

We really liked our stay at this property. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Mainstreet. When we return to Havasu, we will seriously consider staying here again.

Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. The floorplan is great for time together eating and visiting, yet offers privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms on on each end of the house.

Wonderful Stay In Lake Havasu

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albert & Irma's home in Lake Havasu. The home was very clean and welcoming. Pictures don't do this home justice. It is very comfortable, roomy and tastefully decorated. House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Everything went very well.Nice property. Well kept, clean and totally livable.Bathroom fan needs looking at. After being on for a few minutes, it gets quite noisy.Neighbor behind has a very loud (probably old) hvac system which diminished the back yard enjoyment some.

Quiet comfort and great view

This house was very clean and nicely decorated! Very comfortable spaces inside and out. The view from the front porch was a treat and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our host was very considerate and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. I was decorated nicely with a great family area to gather in to talk, watch TV or videos. Home was kept up well. Fantastic views of the lake from the back yard! The only weakness to the home is the steep driveway. I f you park in it you want to chock your tires. Parking in the street is howerver not a problem.

Comfortable Home With All The Amenities

My wife and I stayed at Irma and Albert’s home for a month recently while we transitioned into a place of our own nearby. They have a very pleasant and comfortable home and we had everything we needed for our lengthy stay. At one point a couple of very minor issues arose, as they do almost everywhere, and Irma was very quick to respond and address them. (Turns out the issues were mostly “operator error” on my part!) We found her to be very pleasant and open to our ideas. I’m sure the next people to rent their home will have the same experience with her and Albert that we did.

Good 5 month stay!!

Home very comfortable with just about everything you will need. Great location to everything and good views from front and back of home. Wish we didn't have to park our boat in the street, but there was no problem with doing so. If you have a small dog, beware of coyotes.

Nice house for what we needed.

We were at the lake pretty much all weekend and didn't need anything more then beds to sleep in which was great. The kitchen was stocked for cooking which is always nice. If we were going to be around the house more it would be nice to have wifi. It was kind of a hassle having out boat at this house because we couldn't park in the driveway. Street parking was available but not my first go to. Overall good house good location and close to what we needed.
