Overall it was great, but the dryer had issues drying. There was a lot of dust..clearly the person who had cleaned it before us wasn’t too thorough..there were lightbulbs out, the fridge made a banging sound that scared everyone..otherwise, it was ok.

It was nice to have so much room!

The house was just as described---nicely decorated, well equipped and in a great neighborhood. Our trip was short so we didn't have time to make use of the pool at the house or all the neighbor amenities. I would rent this property again.

Good Rental

The house overall was nice. Considering it is a rental, there were a few minor things in need of repair but nothing that affected our stay. The battery on the door lock died during our stay and the property manager was helpful and resolved quickly while also offering alternative so we didn’t lose any time with our plans. We were happy with the home and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and great complex

The 8 bedroom home was a super set up for a large group .The price was very good and had lots of room Be prepared to bring your own supplies the house is very limited very bare bones. Bring towels , toilet paper trash bags etc The carpet definitely needs cleaning and we made the owner aware . Other than that we would return for sure .

Better than I expected

--Check in was easy although later than posted on VRBO (shows 4pm here but actual should be 5pm) --Overall, the unit was basically clean for a rental home-bathrooms could have used more attention and some of the linens were questionable. --Furniture is in decent condition for a vacation rental. Beds are not super comfy but everyone still slept decently. --Be sure to bring extra supplies such as trash bags. Laundry/dishwasher detergent, paper towels/toilet paper, etc. --Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. All the rooms are a decent size and the 2 common areas make it nice for families with varying ages. -- Don't expect the Waldorf when booking this house but its a great value for large groups heading to see Mickey!!

Too many issues

The house is beatyfull, large and spacious and well decorated, the pool is excelent, however in the rooms, the mattresses are horrible. Mattresses are made of foam but they have big authentic holes. No one was able to rest after so many hours in Universal's parks. Cleanliness is also not the best, the sheets doesn’t smell clean. Some rooms have lots of blown bulbs and smelt quite a lot of tobacco and some sheets had a lot of bubbles. We found many ants and 3 or 4 small cockroaches. It has few utensils to cook and very small to cook for 11 people. The gardener starts working at 7.15am with a super noisy machine. The works on the opposite side of the street start at 8.00am with noise and loud music from the workers, but the resort is very good with pool, arcade videos and gym.

While the sheets are indeed laundered and sanitized before every guest visit and the home cleaned, we would have been more than happy to have exchanged the linens or brought you anything additional you may have needed. We do have monthly pest control service the home, but again, would have been happy to have addressed any pests. In time of rain, ants and other insects will try to make their way indoors and it sounds like that was the case here. As for the lawn, the HOA tends to the lawn maintenance for the community so we don't have any say over teh exact time they begin service, as long as it in within the permitted times. House needs a lot of TLC

This house was in a good location, had plenty of space, but we were disappointed with our stay due to the amount of improvements needed. One of the reasons we chose this house was for the big dining table, which we needed for our big party. One of the tables was so unstable, we were scared to eat on it, and there weren't enough chairs for it. The listing needs updated pictures because it showed plenty of chairs there and even barstools on the island. There were no barstools when we arrived. The coffee table in the living room was also very wobbly. The rug was very dirty. I have little kids that love playing on the floor, and I didn't feel comfortable with them playing on that rug. The gameroom was also not as pictured. The sectional just seemed to have more space than the couch that was actually there. The pool table was also in need of an upgrade, it was crooked and the balls would roll on their own. The trundle upstairs was broken, and the mattress dirty with a foul smell. To be nitpicky, there were patches on the walls/ceilings that made the house just look deteriorated. I also know that owners are not expected to provide anything, but dish soap would've been nice to not have to buy. Overall, it was not the experience we were expecting.

Family and I rented this property and upon check in we found damaged furniture and lights that did not work. At one point the sliding glass door handle broke and we had to all go through the master bedroom to get to the pool

Huge and spacious home. Just under managed.

Home has a lot of potential but maintenance and up keeping of the home must be updated. Sofas downstairs have major discoloration. Sofa upstairs is broken. Furniture needs to be updated. Dining chairs are broken at the legs. BEWARE! Be sure to bring all bathroom essentials. Closet doors coming off tracks.. This is not a home away from home. Nothing is provided as other places I’ve been too. Walls needs painting. Shows major wear and tear over the years. Home is far away from anything takes 15-20 mins to get to home from I-4. Horrible cell tower service, no cell phone connection at all in area unless using WiFi in home. Book at your own risk. Be sure to have pool and jacuzzi heater on your order also. Lastly rodents do come out and pest enter home after a few nights. Cleaning was not done properly but to have clothes and bras from previous occupants left behind . Is just outright nasty. VRBO needs a way to upload photos for future guest. I don’t recommend at all to stay at all unless updates are done and major mgmt. over haul.

Family vacation

check in was easy . House was huge and had plenty of space for all of the people we had with us (6 adults, 5 children) . The pool was cold when we got in the first night, so we messaged the owners and they were very responsive and had the heat turned on the very next morning . There was large glitter pieces scattered upstairs and downstairs from previous guests we attempted to vaccuum but the vaccuum wouldn't work. We did find quite a bit of left behind stuff from previous guests mostly out in the pool area like false lashes and fake fingernails that were overlooked by whoever is cleaning the house in between. The blue bowls in the cabinet are mostly cracked and should be replaced I'm guessing previous guests had put them in the microwave even though they say on the bottom do not microwave so they leaked but there were other bowls to use so we just used those instead. The house had plenty of towels available to use and the pool is nice and large. The hot tub gets nice and toasty and was great for soaking after a long day of walking through theme parks. The neighborhood is nice and quiet during the weekdays but in the weekends it gets very loud and people are up and loud and rowdy all night long. The beds in the house are all pretty comfortable and the ac is nice and cool theres a thermostat for upstairs and one for downstairs which we didnt realize until the second day so the people that slept upstairs the first night had it a little toasty. The house is located near a walmart and close to disney and universal. We did have a slight issue with bugs the 2nd or 3rd day we started seeing them in the kitchen but again we contacted the host and they sent out pest control quickly. House is great for a large group and the owners are great about being responsive. We enjoyed our stay in Florida!

winter vacation rental

the house was spacious, the pool was wonderful, but carpet was very dirty, cheap furniture that was damaged and needed replacing. the beds were very uncomfortable, we had to call management to spray for bugs in kitchen. the pictures you see are old, house needs to be cleaned and refurnished. we checked in Dec.22,2018.

Great vacation home!

We just returned home for a great week at this property! The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. About 15 minutes to Disney Parks. Close to plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and dining. We enjoyed both the pool at the house and the resorts pool and lazy river. We only had two families so there was more than enough room for all of us. We hope to stay here in the future!

Awesome house we Love it

This house was more than what we expected we stayed here for our family Vaction to Disney World the house was 15 minutes away from Disney and just a 5 to 10 minute drive to town and other stores and shops. The house was just like the pictures we had plenty of room for everybody, the only issue was the WiFi wasn't working when we got there but I messaged owner and they told me what to do and just like that it was working. The kids enjoyed the in home pool bc they could swim anytime they wanted to and the resort pool was nice we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thank You owner for renting your gourgous home out to us.

Beautiful spacious villa!

This villa was perfect for our party of 12 and still plenty of room for more people! Ideal location for Disney parks, Universal & shopping outlets. Great communication before our arrival with the owners. Villa is situated within a lovely complex with gym, bar, outdoor pool & games room. All staff we came across were welcoming and friendly. Overall couldn't fault our stay and would definitely recommend.

Great family vacation home

Large home with fantastic heated pool. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms & room for all 10 of us. Everyone enjoyed heated pool & foosball. House was clean with enough towels, although you need to bring own pool towels for resort pool. Lazy river was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had plenty of hot water for all the showers. About 20 minutes to Disney World.
