Annual Beach Trip

Our family visits the shoreline every year and our last rental became unavailable this year. This house was a great replacement! The house was beautifully appointed and supplied with everything (plenty of beach towels, flashlights, blankets and throws, and kitchen utensils). The soda stream and espresso machine were nice touches. We loved the hot tub. Low tide was delightful with the tidal flats. Fantastic grill! Our favorite spot was the deck. Bike ride to small village across Silver Sands Park to ice cream, deli, coffee, or a cute hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. We will definitely stay again.

Family beach vacation

This was our second summer renting this perfect property.It has everything you can possibly need for a week at the beach. A large deck with couches was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. A large outdoor and indoor table gave us choices as to where we wanted to share a meal. There were plenty of linens for the beds and bathroom and beach towels. The large, clean and well stocked laundry room is important with small children. The house was clean, comfortable and provided a beautiful place to enjoy family

Had a Blast

The house was so easy to clean up and use again the next day. Very well equipped. Beach Boats, chairs, towels, games. Just easy to relax and have fun there. We will be back.

A Couple of Days at the Beach

Property was very clean and well maintained.I was lucky not to drive over the steps to the beach which would have produced significant underbody damage to my car.The end of the carport was not marked.I told the owner about it and I do not doubt he will attend to it.He has been very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.We were very happy with our stay.

Among the things we didn't expect and were pleasantly surprised: the deep tub in the exquisite master bath, multiple professional binoculars, kid friendly water levels, and comfortable sleeping for 8 with no one having to be on a pull out couch. The hosts made sure we checked in with no problem, and were generally available for questions. Walking distance to a park concert.

Perfect Beach House

The house is well represented on the site although the photos don't do justice to the openness and size of the rooms and beauty of the baths. It's immaculately clean and well stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Most important the beach is wonderful and the views of Charles Island and sunsets from the roof deck are spectacular. We've stayed in Milford rentals for years and this is definitely a family favorite -- comfort and luxury combined to perfection. Every detail is included from coffee makers (and supplies) to quality pots, pans and knives; paddleboards to spices; TP to shampoo, beach chairs to beach toys for all ages. Excellent communication from the host and top notch service. Already looking forward to next summer!

Beach House

Beautiful beach location. Everything you need is at this house. My family esp. enjoyed kayaks & paddle boards that were there for us to use. Beach was perfect for my little grandchildren. Mild water temp & small waves.

Has everything you could ever need!

We have never stayed at a place that literally had everything you could ever need or want. Extremely well appointed kitchen, sheets, bath + beach towels, laundry room supplies, comfortable deck furniture - I could have napped everyday there, water toys galore for adults and kids. You can't go wrong w staying here!

Everything’s better at the beach!

My husband and I rented at the beach with our daughter for a change of scenery in the midst of COVID 19. It was the best decision we could have made. TJ’s home is gorgeous and the pics don’t even do it justice. It was a great opportunity to spend more time outside, talk walks, explore the sandbars- our daughter was in 7th Heaven and so were we! TJ was super responsive and a great host all-around!

Stylish and Beautiful

We love everything about your house. It is clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and met all of our needs. The living area is comfortable and spacious. Your beautiful deck provides a relaxing place to be with a spectacular view! We enjoyed everything about your house and would like to return for 2 weeks in June 2020. The only problem I have is I don't know how to get the $1000 damage deposit. The e-mail states that a refund for $1000 has been processed on June 30, but I don't know to where. I have limited computer skills and don't know how to access money electronically. Would it be possible to use this deposit to rent next June 2020? Thank you, Bridget Dudla

Beautiful beach house, new build with large great room/kitchen space. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. The owners are very responsive and the home is well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

Pictures do not do this perfection justice!

We were fortunate to secure this house for our daughter’s Yale graduation week ... it was AMAZING! Honestly, we didn’t want to go to most of the events because we didn’t want to leave this amazing home. No kidding. The pictures do not come close to doing this house justice. We knew it was going to be very nice, but it was possibly the most spectacular home we have ever stayed in. Everything was top notch, the amenities were just beyond what anyone would expect ... This home was perfection. Just perfection.

Above and beyond our expectations.

The house is immaculate and the pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable and inviting and has just about every luxury you could ask for when on vacation at the beach. We spent our time walking and playing in the beach with our toddler as well as exploring the town. On a cool day we left the beach and stumbled across Eisenhower Park which is any child’s dream playground. We plan to return to the area again during the summer and would love to stay at this house again. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful home, beautiful location!!

We had a wonderful week in this gorgeous house. It's equipped with absolutely everything you could ask for, and our weather was perfect. Rented paddleboards and ate at The Greek Spot across the street - an added bonus when Mom didn't feel like cooking. We hope to be back.

Einfach nur Perfekt

Man ist erst etwas überrascht über das Haus auf "Stelzen". Aber die Raumaufteilung, der große Gemeinschaftsraum mit integrierter Küche einfach perfekt. Wir waren mit 6 Personen (3 Ehepaare) dort und haben die Woche sehr genossen. Bäder perfekt, Küche perfekt, wunderbare Terrasse, herrliche Ausblicke. Es gibt wirklich kein einziges negatives Beispiel. Noch nie so schön mit Blick auf Terrasse gefrühstückt. Schlafzimmer wurde in der Woche getauscht, da zwei Zimmer mit Superblick. Kaution ohne Probleme und Aufforderung zurück.

Just lovely!

We stayed in this beautiful home over the long Martin Luther King weekend with 3 other couples. The views were stunning and the house had everything we needed! We even sat on the deck and had drinks...yes we were wearing our parkas!! I highly recommend this rental and Dawn was so helpful and responded to any questions very quickly. We hope to come back again!
