Located in Wissant, the cottage "The Fisherman's Retreat" is an ideal place to retire quietly, with family or friends, walking the walking trails of the Two Caps and discovering the beautiful beaches of the Opal Coast.

The village of Wissant is located on the Côte d'Opale, between Caps Gris Nez and Blanc Nez, classified "Grand Site de France".
Located opposite the English coast, Wissant is known for its seaside resort and its hiking and mountain biking trails.

Beautiful Gite in Wissant

A week in Wissant in a lovely gite. The gite lacked for nothing. All items were for modern day living with AV at our disposal for a week. Our hosts kindly gave us details of local events to attend during the stay. Wissant shops and beach are just a few minutes walk from the gite. We recommend going to Louvre-Lens to see the museum and enjoy the history of Wimereux. Also a brilliant Welcome Pack to greet us on arrival. We will definitely return in a few years time. We had a wonderful week as a family with a small kid and dog in Noel and Cecile's house. It was very well equipped, very clean and very practical. Noel and Cecile are very nice and provided us with lots of useful tips and information. We would love to come back again and recommend this accommodation to everybody.

Super séjour

Magnifique maison située dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche du centre de Wissant et de la plage. Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Elle est extrêmement bien équipée et joliment décorée. L'accueil des propriétaires a été excellent. Ils sont là pour vous conseiller au niveau des randonnées, des restos, des marchés.... On sent qu'ils font le maximum pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux.Et un point positif pour le jardin très agréable et bien entretenu.Merci à Cécile et Noël !

Mooi vakantiehuis in gezellig Wissant

Mooi, ruim en comfortabel vakantiehuis. Meertalige gastheer en gastvrouw. Ze hebben in het huis aan alles gedacht. Afgesloten tuin voor de hond. In een kwartier loop je door het leuke dorpje Wissant naar het strand. Binnen een omtrek van 10 km hadden we alles voor een perfecte vakantie.

Plus que parfait

Fantastique séjour. Tout était parfait. Le logement est magnifique, très propre, rien ne manque. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avons reçu des explications détaillées quant aux commodités, aux environs, aux activités. Le jardin clôturé est vraiment un atout pour les chiens. Le quartier est très calme et le centre de Wissant à proximité. Bref, nous gardons un magnifique souvenir et nous y retournerons.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Haus, sehr sauber

Komfortables und persönliches Urlaubszuhause

Das Haus in einer ruhigen,hübschen, gepflegten Neubausiedlung hat viel Komfort, besonders in der Küchenausstattung und Technik, der schöne Wintergarten und der hübsche Garten mit Terrasse ist das i-Tüpfelchen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar in 10-15min und für ausgiebige Strandspaziergänge hervorragend geeignet. Die Gastgeber Cécil und Noel sind sehr engagiert und stets bereit zu unterstützen bei Fragen.

Schöne Woche in Wissant

Das Objekt und die Betreuung durch die Vermieter hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem den Wintergarten konnten wir genießen! Gute Lage für Ausflüge mit Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder Auto. Wissant ist ein kleines Dorf mit einigen Restaurants einem tollen Strand Richtung Cap Blanc-Nez, aber einer enttäuschenden Strandpromenade, die auch leider für Hunde komplett verboten ist!

Tolles Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub in Pas-de-Calais

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem schönen Haus in Wissant. Das Haus ist größer als auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist unschlagbar, alles da, was man braucht und darüber hinaus, um die leckersten Essen zu kochen. Den Wintergarten wunderschön eingerichtet, da wir im Winter da waren, konnten wir ihn leider nicht nutzen. Die Treppe ist gar nicht so steil, wie andere Bewertungen geschrieben haben, es gibt einen guten Handlauf, der einem viel Sicherheit gibt. Der Garten ist vollständig umzäunt. Unsere Hündin hat ihn sofort angenommen und bewacht. Der Ort Wissant hat einen wahnsinnig langen wunderschönen Strand. Für erholsame Spaziergänge mit immer wieder wunderschönen Blicken auf die beiden Caps. im Hinterland gibt es auch sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke kommen, ist das Haus von Cecile und Noel die erste Wahl!

Entspannung pur

Haus, Garten und Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen, allein die steile Treppe zu Schlafräumen und Bad im 1. OG war nicht komfortabel, vor allem dann, wenn man nachts die einzige Toilette im EG aufsuchen wollte. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die großartigen Gastgeber!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber, in der näheren Umgebung ist zumindest alles vorhanden, was man fürs tagtägliche Leben braucht. Einziges Manko: wer nachts zur Toilette muss, hat stets die steile Treppe herunterzugehen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Tout était parfait!

Une maison impeccable avec tout le nécessaire, un accueil chaleureux, une situation dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes du centre et de la plage, des propriétaires hyper sympas et en prime, le soleil...Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. Entspannte Ferien an der Opalküste

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem komfortablen Ferienhaus und haben es sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig gelegen, bestens und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Inserat. Für unser 8-Monate altes Baby war mit Stühlchen und Kinderbett auch gesorgt, so dass der Kleine sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Besonders gefallen haben uns der gemütliche Wintergarten, der hübsch bepflanzte Garten, die große Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln und die gute Parkmöglichkeit am Haus. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt sehr gerne weiter! Birgit und Familie
