Dearest Thomas, We thank you for your review and we are happy that you liked our villa. We note in your description, that you didn't really like the rural location of the villa. The location, on the contrary, for its uniqueness of tranquility and distance from the frenetic life of the city, is always highly appreciated. To confirm this, many of our customers return to us every year. The villa is however very close (within 10/15 minutes by car) to an infinite number of natural and cultural tourist destinations rich in history. Last but not least, nearby is the protected area of the Po river delta (a UNESCO heritage site), a unique naturalistic context in the world with natural beaches and breathtaking landscapes. (you can see the other unanimous reviews from our customers reproduced over many years of work). It is likely that in the month of October, the not very good weather that accompanied your week did not allow you to fully understand the potential of the area. We invite you to return at another time in the warmer months, to discover the uniqueness of the place. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby. Great stay close to Venice

The home, garden, pool and all other options, were excellent. The owners were very kind, the house but also outside, it was clean. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay with our family, because of the great hospitality. Thank you!

Great stay in beautifull apartment house

This property is very clean, nicely decorated and has all facilities one would be looking for. It has a large swimming pool and more than enough privacy when sitting on your own part of the large terras. Strong wifi signal. Nice surroundings with beaches and nice villages (like little Venice - Chioggia) close by. We have done quite some biking, running and golfing in the area.

Excellent 2 Bathroom Property

The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property.

A great stay in a most fantastic house

Great property in the middle of the agricultural areas. Once you get through the gate you are in your own kingdom. Completely walled, but because of the fantastic garden you won't notice it. The pool completes the picture. The very spacious apartments are expertly furnished with a lot of style and attention to detail. The host and wife are very involved with their guests, just lovely people who want the best for their guests. Had a great stay.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful property in the near of Chioggia. It is on the landside, about 10-15 minutes away from the beach or the City Chioggia. The property is sourrounded by a huge edge, so that you have 100% privacy. The big swimming pool and the garden is beautiful. You have everything that you need for a family vacation. The owners are very nice and couteous. We enjoyed a whole week there and it was very nice. I would recommend it again.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus mit gepflegter Außenanlage inklusive Poolbereich. Ländliche Umgebung, aber mit Auto oder Fahrrad sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schnell erreichbar. Freundliche Vermieter. Ein Aufenthalt ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Super lækkert hus

Det er et virkelig lækkert hus lidt væk fra byens larm med en super dejlig stor pool, spa og alt hvad man kan drømme om til afslapning. Meget søde værter som ikke lader dig mangle noget. Rengøring af pool og ude området sker nærmest dagligt så du ikke skal bade i snavset vand 10minutter væk ligger et stort shopping område hvor man også har mulighed for at lade sin el bil. Vi kan ihvertfald anbefale dette ophold. Et sted vi helt sikkert gerne vender tilbage til.

Séjour au calme de la compagne

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette villa.Vraiment proche de tout (Venise pour ceux qui veulent la foule où le delta du Pô pour veux qui apprécient le calme est la nature dont je fait partie). Nous avons fait beaucoup de beau tour en vélo et avons vu beaucoup de flamands rose pendant nos randonnées. Vraiment très belle endroit pour ce reposer est profité de la nature.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Anlage. Die Vermierter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich beim dritten Schlafzimmer sollte die geringe Raumhöhe in der Projektbeschreibung angegeben werden.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Suchen Sie Ruhe? Suchen Sie eine herrliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes und ruhig liegendes Anwesen? Hier sind Sie richtig! - tolle Gastgeber!!!! - schöne saubere ruhige Anlage inkl. Pool + Whirlpool + Gasgrill - ländlich gelegen - alles gut erreichbar - voll ausgestattet: es fehlt nichts von dem was man im Haushalt braucht, auch nicht in der Küche - 4 Wohnungen, jede hat ihren eigenen Bereich wie Parkplatz, Liegen am Pool oder Wäscheständer 😉 kurz gesagt: gut organisiert! - usw usw. Wir könnten noch Stunden schwärmen über unseren Aufenthalt. Hier gibt es nicht so viel Platz dies alles zu erwähnen. Fazit: Wir haben sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es war Perfekt! Grazie mille an die Gastgeber Note: 1++++ oder A++++
