This charming, bright and serene top-floor one-bedroom apartment is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Paris, just minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.

LIVING/ DINING
The living space is comprised of two rooms: the living room and the dining area, with a pair of casement windows extending to the floor and serving as portals onto the balcony. Both rooms can be accessed through separate doors. Walking in to the dining room, the wooden dining table and six matching chairs are the focal points of the space, framed by the windows and ornate decorative fireplace. The living space is occupied by two two-seater sofas and two occasional chairs with floral patterned motifs around a glass and metal coffee table and pattered rug. The colour-scheme and patterns of the seating furniture in this bright room stand out against the neutral walls and herringbone parquet.

KITCHEN
There is a fully equipped, separate kitchen with an oven/microwave combo, a fridge/ freezer, an electric hob, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and the necessary utensils with the added bonus of a Nespresso machine.

BEDROOM
The bedroom boasts a Queen-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large wooden wardrobe and a large window, basking the room in natural light.

BATHROOM
The main bathroom offers a large bath walk-in shower, a sink and a mirrored storage cabinet. Please note that the toilet is separate.

Excellent choice

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Easy walking distance to all sites and facilities including shops supermarkets parks and public transport. The style of the apartment being Parisian gave us the full Paris experience. Definitely more enjoyable than a hotel room. Can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely apartment in wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this homey apartment conveniently located a block from Eiffel Tower Park (Parc du Champ de Mars). We walked to most restaurants and loved strolls in the park. There’s a busy (good) boulangerie about a block away. The home had every thing we needed. There’s a great supermarket a block from the apartment.

First class accommodation a stones throw from the Eiffel Tower

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Paris a stones throw from the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood felt safe, is in great proximity to bakeries, cafes, restaurants, attractions. Veeve, the hosts were great at keeping in touch altering our meeting time at our request due to train delays. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished and very well catered. We would 100% recommend both Veeve and this apartment.

Lovely Parisian Apartment

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect, a relatively quiet street, but near the Metro and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need including a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window. The representative from Veeve, whose name is Thomas was outstanding with his communication responding very quickly to questions. We were met by another representative at the apartment to give us the keys and details. The apartment is in a larger building on the 6th floor and there is a lift. We could walk to many sites and felt totally comfortable in the late evening. This apartment is an outstanding place to stay while enjoying the food, the sites, and the ambience of Paris.

Amazing Apartment in the 7th

Absolutely LOVED this apartment. The Veeve team made it easy to check in and the place was beautiful and bog for Paris! It was the perfect location for a first trip to the city. Especially loved the closeness to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars. This was perfect for enjoying morning runs in the area and the festivities of Bastille Day Fireworks. Amazing. Close to Metro stop and great little cafes and spots in the neighborhood. It was a gift to stay here and would love to rent it again. Already thinking about next summer!

A Real Parisian Apartment Experience

This is a wonderful chance to see what’s behind the beautiful street doors leading to the Parisian apartments. Having the chance to stay in a real home & experience the French city way of living. Stunning accommodation with all amenities included, immaculately clean & everything there you’d need. The 6th floor gave wonderful street views with lift available. And from the bedroom you’ll even see the top of the Eiffel Tower with it’s nightly magical light show. Very helpful staff met us at the door at the agreed time & keys were to be left in the apartment on check out. Good security to both the lobby & individual apts. Great location, 5mins form the Eiffel Tower. Easy walk to La Motte Picquet Gremelle metro. ( Dupleix is slightly nearer but closed until Oct 19). Plenty of street cafes & boulangeries to pick up your freshly baked breakfast treats. If you are travelling by car, you will need to apply for an emissions sticker (£6) online 2wks before. Easy prepaid parking 200 yards away. If you’re looking for something extra special, this is worth the price difference for the authentic experience of staying in this beautiful home.

Great place in a great location. Very stylish and spacious. I can definitely recommend Veeve's place. The only comment is check-out time, 10 am, which is pretty early. However the agency which is managing the property on behalf of the owner was flexible about that.

Loved the flat!

Loved the flat! We marked down though because one of the main reasons we chose it was the king bed. But it wasn't a king bed. The nice man who checked us in agreed and was going to see why it was misrepresented. Everything else with the flat was wonderful.

This is a lovely apartment. Very well equipped, if you like to cook. A great place to hang out when not exploring the city and easy access to everything in Paris. It has a lift!!! It is beautifully furnished and as clean as my own home. Veeve and staff made the entire experience trouble free. I would stay there again.
