Housing
Our villa can accommodate up to 8 people (3 double rooms and possibility to accommodate 2 people on the convertible sofa in the living room). You will enjoy all the modern comforts: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, microwave oven, traditional oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer). The bathrooms are spacious, the house is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Outside, private pool and terrace await you. All with a splendid view from the lake to the Pyrenees!
Access of travelers
We put at your disposal the whole of the villa, as well as the private swimming pool and the garden.

Our villa is located in the charming village of Homps, close to the famous Canal du Midi - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, not far from the beautiful medieval village of Minerve, the City of Carcassonne, the beaches of Narbonne, ...
In a magnificent area monitored and maintained throughout the year, you will enjoy the peace in a green nature, in all serenity and security! Change of scenery and relaxation assured!
Inside the villa, the equipment is complete and functional to offer you maximum comfort during your stay. On the terrace, you will enjoy genuine moments of relaxation and conviviality while enjoying an exceptional view of Lake Jouarres. The private pool will allow you to cool off without leaving your garden ... unless you prefer to meet people in the common areas of the residence: beach volleyball, mini golf, petanque are all practicable disciplines within the area, not to mention the access to the two pools!
A little advice: discover the rich heritage of the Cathar country, its vineyards, scrublands, forests ... and its incredible castles!

Rental per full week from Saturday to Saturday only.
Arrivals between 14h and 18h, departures between 8h and 10h.
