We welcome you and our farm animals in this renovated cottage, fully air-conditioned, in a building from 1900.

Located very close to our river, the Aude, in an estate away from the village at the foot of the Alaric mountain.
Estate 12 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, 10 minutes from the Lac de la Cavayère.

This 180 m2 cottage will comfortably accommodate 8 people (additional young children beds possible, very well equipped to accommodate children).

On the ground floor,
A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large dining room. As well as a living room with a sofa with a beautiful fireplace, a billiards table and a table football.

Upstairs, a total of 2 double beds and 4 single beds:
Two master suites with a double bed, shower and sink.
Two bedrooms with two single beds.
A large bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks.

In total 3 toilets (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs).

You have a private garden with a permanent barbecue, garden furniture and a garden table.

In summer, enjoy the large salt pool, heated and secure, which is shared. Night-time opening possible under certain conditions.

The shared playground of the estate is located next to your private garden. The farm of the estate is accessible every day: sheep, rabbits, chickens, turtles, dog, cats, with fresh eggs to collect every morning 😊.

Pets are allowed outside in the private garden. With some exceptions, we can discuss this.

Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday during the summer school holiday periods except: Minimum 3-night booking from 5 to 13 July and from 17 August to 1 September 2024.
Reservation of a minimum of three nights for the Christmas and spring school holiday periods, as well as the May long weekend weekends.
Reservation of a minimum of two nights outside school holidays.

10% discount from the third night outside school holidays.
20% discount on a full week outside school holidays.
