Fabulous 5 Bedroom modern Villa in the centre of Cabo Roig with Privale Pool

The Villa is located a short walk to Calle Capitan Beach and within walking distance to Cabo Roig Beach and Marina. The property is situated in a large secure plot with a 10 x 5 meter pool, sun loungers an outside dining area for 12 people and another covered siting area, plus a BBQ area.
The Contemporary interior offers an open- plan living space with all the amenities. These include a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer oven, microwave, ceramic hob, cutlery utensils, 6 seater dining table, leather sofas and TV with freeview channels.
Air conditioned through out and oil fired heating for the cooler months.
Leading off the central living space are 3 double bedrooms (master with ensuite)
and family bathroom with bath and shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed two bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, a/c and a large mirrored built in wardrobe. The ensuite is fully tiled and has a shower cubicle.

Both twin bedrooms consist of two single beds, bedside tables with lamps ceiling fan, a/c and mirrored built in wardrobes.

On the first floor there is another bathroom with large walk in shower and 2 more bedrooms one with patio doors leading to a balcony with garden furniture the other with Patio doors leading to terrace and a sea view. Both bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables with lamps ceiling fans, a/c and wardrobes.

On the third floor a solarium with 360 degrees views over the Cabo Roig peninsula.

The property is fully alarmed and has wifi internet.

Local Restaurants cafes and bars 10 minute walk and Cabo Roig Strip a 15 minute walk with a vast selection of restaurants bars and entertainment. The local Supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

There is a £130 cleaning charge added to your quote.

Beds are made up for you if you require bedding and towels to be changed during your stay ther is an extra charge.

A/C is on a meter Guests will receive 30 euros credit on arrival any further usage guests can top up the meter with euros.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is great, being only a couple minute walk to the beach. The villa itself is very spacious and the outdoor space is amazing.

9 people including 8 adults and 1 teenager stayed for a week at this fantastic villa. The photos on the listing don’t do it full justice, it was just lovely. We had an amazing holiday. Lorraine was very helpful and was there to greet us and on hand with helpful tips and at the end of the phone if we needed her. Would highly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing holiday, very close to the beach, bars and some fantastic restaurants

Fabulous Villa

We were all so impressed with the villa. It was very spacious and the outside pool area was incredible. As it was so hot we spent most of our time around the pool area as there were plenty of shaded areas. Check in was really smooth and Lorraine and Steve were very helpful and friendly. All in all a great holiday

Holiday in Cabo Roig

Two norwegian families of 4 (children aged 13, 13, 10, 10), stayed at this fantastic villa for two weeks in July 2023. We really enjoyed the villa. Really nice area outside with a perfect swimming pool, nice garden and barbecue area, and of course nice social areas for dinner and card games etc. Easy to walk to the beaches and to the restaurants (We tried the host's recommended restaurants, and they were really nice). Would love to get back there once.

Loved the Villa

Myself and 6 other friends stayed at the villa in Cabo Roig, from booking to our arrival communication was very good, our meet and greet from Lorraine and Simon was thoroughly comprehensive and and made us feel at home. The villa is in a lovely quiet area a 10 minute walk to the Cabo Roig strip. We were very impressed with everything in the villa and it catered for everything we wanted and more. Great Villa highly recommend

The villa is amazing and had everything we needed and more, It was clean & tidy with a goods lay out, the bedrooms are very spacious and have air con and there is plenty of bathrooms. The outside area is huge the pool is perfect it’s nice and big and there’s plenty of sun beds and seating. The Villa is in a great located close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket. Communication from the owner was fantastic and replied really quickly, Check in was easy and Lorraine was great and very patient after we had a bit of a delay at the airport. We will definitely be back!

Jaw Dropping Villa

The host Gaynor was very helpful and helped us with our check in requests. The villa was amazing even better than the pictures. It was well equipped with everything you could possible need and more. Also Lorraine and Simon who manage the villa were so helpful especially as we had a family crisis during our stay. They went out of their way to give us so much help and advice. They were unbelievable in their support. We would highly recommend this villa

Beautiful house and garden

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house and would love to come back sometime. The kids loved the nice pool in the garden and used it every day. Besides a misunderstanding on the day of arrival, which led to us arriving at the house without a key and a house that was not cleaned or ready for us, I think the owner made up for it by refunding us money for the first night, and the cleaning staff apologized so much for the misunderstanding many many times.

Amazing stay at this villa

This villa was just so nice, we had such a nice stay, the property owners and managers were very helpful and knowledgeable, the villa itself was clean and tiday, very well layed out, well furnished and had soo much space for the 10 of us that stayed there. the pool and outside area was well maintained and lovely. the villa could do with a few minor repairs such as shower doors that were not properly attached, and the fridge was a bit rusty, but nothing that would ruin your stay. There was a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away and the main strip was about a 20 min walk. overall a lovely place and i would visit again

La casa es muy bonita, amplia y confortable. Supera las expectativas que se tienen viendo las fotos. El espacio exterior es una maravilla y está muy bien ambientado con distintas zonas, todas muy cómodas. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables y eficaces, dispuestos a colaborar en todo momento para facilitar una estancia sin problemas. Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos allí.
