House with pool in Tulette - Drôme Provençale

Pleasant house on one level for 5 people, located at the very end of the subdivision in a very quiet area.
Parking on the property for 2 to 3 vehicles.

You can lounge on the deckchairs in the middle of the fully enclosed grassy field, facing Mont Ventoux and surrounding hills, and facing the vineyards, and of course enjoy the joys of the private and protected pool.

The house has inside all the necessary comfort:
- integrated and fully equipped kitchen,
- equipped living / dining room - table and chairs, buffet, dishes, armchairs and sofas, television, DVD player, ...
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed,
- fully equipped bathroom with bath, and set of furniture and basin,
- separate toilet with additional shower cubicle
- household appliances: fridge (x2), freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

The exteriors are also complete with in particular 2 terraces which will allow you to have lunch and relax outside: 1 whose access is direct from the kitchen and the living room, in the sun, and 1 a few meters below sheltered by the trees.
But also, barbecue, wires to hang the linen, and of course the private swimming pool (and protected to avoid accidents)

The area is particularly quiet and conducive, among other things, to walking or cycling.
The shops (bakeries, tobacconist, grocery store, and even a small supermarket and petrol station) are 5 minutes by car, and 1 small 1/4 hour on foot.
Small animals are accepted. (the property is fully fenced)
