This apartment is clean and comfortable, with ample space. The area is calm and quiet. It’s an easy walk to the Metro and the intriguing and charming Alfama neighborhood. We would love to come back! And Lisbon (and Sintra) is an amazing place to visit, scenic, no stress anywhere (at least in mid November) - why go anywhere else? Our absolute favorite was the hike down the cliff to Praia da Ursa (bus 1253 from Sintra, you can pay cash).

This bohemian style apartment is located in the cozy Alfama district, close to the train/metro station and bus stops, well connected to the airport (~30 minutes) and city center (~ 15 minutes). Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries nearby. The space was clean and our host was kind and helpful, meeting us at the apartment to greet us. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay!

This home was amazing! My husband and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! It’s a prime location if you want to be close enough to the action (which is about a 10 minute walk from the city center) but far enough to get some peace and quite. Maria, the host, was so sweet, kind, helpful with suggestions about the area, and responsive! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to visit the beautiful and colorful city of Lisbon!

Nice but many problems

Overall apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable BUTApartment key/lock failed after we were inside; we were locked in until the locksmith arrived 1.5 hours later. Lock was tricky to use after that- ongoing concern that it wouldn’t open again, locking us either in or out of the apartment. Noticed dirty brown water seeping onto kitchen floor; notified property management who responded that “maintenance was notified”. Over the course of our stay, water continued to seep out, creating a slip & fall hazard. No one came to assess the problem. Asked for paper towels to wipe up the water and was informed that “there is a mop in the apartment”. Needed to mop several times each day to keep the water contained. Could not use the washer for fear of causing a flood; property management claimed the washer was ok to use- at the end of our stay. Stovetop would not stay lit, property management employee came to evaluate and determined that the stovetop could only be lit manually. Coffee maker provided but none of the coffee pods fit; we bought some at the Mercado- no luck. Fortunately there are two very good coffee shops at the top of the street. Before booking, ask if the major issues- the door lock and the water leak are fixed. Otherwise you will not receive full value from your stay.

Le logement correspond bien au descriptif. Propre, bien situé et très bien équipé. J'ai suggéré une petite modification concernant la douche c'est à notre goût le seul petit bémol, nous l'avons trouvée certes très propre mais un peu trop petite... Je pense que la salle d'eau devrait bénéficier de petites rénovations notamment la douche qui est petite et instable ainsi que la vitre qui n'est pas très étanche. Il manque aussi une prise électrique pour un rasoir ou le sèche cheveux.

Appartement spacieux avec tout le confort grande télé vraiment super Appartement simpas bien placé il faut marcher un peu pour arriver au point de visite mais on adore ça....la vu sur le Tage les beaux yachts devant la fenêtre la rue simpas avec deux resto à moins de 100 mètres Maria est très simpas et accueillante parfait Difficult to find Il faut prendre un taxi et lui montrer l adresse en vingt minutes de l aeroport

Bel appartement spacieux, chaleureux, présence d'un lave-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle, rue assez tranquille. Bien situé, près de la gare Santa Apolonia. Avons aussi découvert à quelques portes de l'appartement un excellent restaurant, le Crisfama. A ne pas manquer pour un excellent repas typiquement portugais. Il manquait de l'information sur l'utilisation de la cafetière et des capsules requises. Pourrait être mieux pourvu en linges à vaisselle, nappe ou napperons, en ustenciles (pas de tire-bouchon)
