1階の良いサイズのラウンジは、快適な革張りのソファとwoodストーブで美しく装飾されています。 ラウンジはダイニングエリアに面したオープンプランで、どちらにもBBQ付きの家具付きパティオエリアに通じるドアがあります。 朝食、昼食、または太陽の下での夕食にかかわらず、ここは座ってリラックスして景色を楽しむのに最適な場所です。 ダイニングエリアから数歩進むと、中二階のキッチンがあり、電気オーブン、ガスコンロ、抽出器、食器洗い機、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、電子レンジが完備されています。キッチンには設備が整っており、4つの椅子のある朝食バーがあります。 このレベルには、洗濯機/乾燥機と独立したトイレを備えたユーティリティルームもあります。
2階には、上品な内装のマスターベッドルーム、キングサイズのベッドがあり、バルコニーからは素晴らしい景色をお楽しみいただけます。 豪華な専用バスルームには、大きなバスタブとシャワー付きの独立したウォークがあります。 この階にある魅力的なツインルームには、バスタブとシャワー付きの専用バスルームがあります。

Superb property and views

Excellent prperty with great views. Facilities were first class - clean, bright and fully equiped to meet all requirements. Despite the numerous steps to access the property AND all the steps within the property the venue was very relaxing.

Wonderful anniversary holiday

Had a excellent stay, beautiful cottage, stunning views, lovely and quiet, clean, bed was lovely and comfortable something we’ve struggled with before on some holidays, watching the birds on the water from the cottage was a bonus, the steps were a bit of a challenge 103 from the road up and 53 from the car park but we managed it, would keep you fit but is the only reason we wouldn’t book again due to our age. Looe is an excellent place to stay, lovely family friendly beach with plenty of eating places. All in all would highly recommend.

House with fantastic views

Stayed for a week. House as described very comfortable with great views. The 74 steps up from parking space are not really an issue, even if having internet shop delivery. You can always come up to the temp parking space for loading and unloading your car as per instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely comfortable cottage

Very comfortable accommodation with good quality furnishings, equipment and linens. High standard of cleaning . Beautiful views across the water to West Looe. Excellent location to walk SWCP with a great bus service. There are a lot of steps , as previously noted, but not an issue for us as we are relatively fit, however there is a busy ,dangerous road with no walkway down into Looe. You can also hear the traffic from the cottage. The property is also one of a group and neighbours can heard. Photographs on the website give the impression that the cottage stands alone. We have stayed in many rental properties and just a few housekeeping notes to be aware of. We found it a bit strange that a place of such high quantity did not have basic items such as foil, clingfilm and kitchen roll. We also felt that one loo roll per bathroom was a little mean. Another thing that baffled us, was that there is no recycling and everything is to be put in one black rubbish bag at the end of the stay. Needless to say , we took our recycling home !! All in all though, just a few minor irritations, it was a lovely week.

Thank you for your review following your stay, we are delighted you had a lovely week. We are sorry to hear that you weren't aware of neighbouring properties, Bramblecoombe is detached with just one property next door but this property is shown in the outside photographs and there is certainly no intent to mislead. This has never come up as an issue before in the years that we have let the property but we will certainly look at the photographs and description again to ensure things are clear. In self-catering it has always been standard to leave one toilet roll per bathroom but we will feed this back to the owners and re the other useful items. With reference to the recycling, sadly Cornwall Councill will not remove recycling from holiday lets and they have also removed all the recycling facilities from the town which is very frustrating! Thank you again for your feedback.

Tolle Lage, beeindruckende Aussicht, ruhig gelegen, schöner Schnitt des Cottage, optimal ausgestattet, schöne Zimmer, mit viel Liebe ausgestaltet, kleines kulinarisches Überraschungspaket zu Beginn, jeden Tag wohlgefühlt und ebtspsnnt.

Wunderschönes Cottage mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 14 Tage in diesem herrlichen Anwesen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Naja fast... eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schon toll gewesen ;) Das Cottage liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Fluss und auf Looe. Der kleine Fischerhafen mit seinen Geschäften, den Pubs und dem Strand sind schnell mit dem Auto, oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: 2 Sets Handtücher pro Person wären komfortabler. Was uns nicht gefiel: Die Waschmaschine, die vom ersten Tag an defekt war, wurde erst 4 Tage vor Abreise ersetzt. Das war für uns schon ärgerlich. Das sollte schneller gehen. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch mehr als zufrieden und wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden Bramblecoombe jederzeit wieder buchen!

Cornwall family vacation during Corona madness

Lovely house and location, overlooking the river. Three negative aspects: (1) hard to walk anywhere as local street has no sidewalk (especially with kids). (2) Looe was obsessed with Covid-19 warnings signs and eager face-mask wearers - what a shame. (3) Few items in house to use such as paper towels, toilet paper, and other small useful items, and check in/out times were changed (all due to corona apparently). Otherwise, was really nice!

A house with a view.

A beautiful property in an excellent location even in the middle of February. Well equipt, home from home, high quality furnishings. Loved the wood burner. Perfect location overlooking the estuary. Would recommend to family and friends.

Really lovely stay. Good get away during winter and cracking views.

Everything you needed and more.Had lots of fun getting use to the taps (posher than what I’m used to) .

The position of the property is sublime! The property is excellent and so clean. The only reason it's not a 10 out of 10 was...........too many steps and the parking!

Gorgeous cottage in a fabulous location

The cottage was so perfect, we didn't want to leave it to go out exploring! Everything you could want and more, plenty of room over the split levels, and the outdoor space is a real treat.

Verry nice

We very much enjoyed our first holiday in Looe and found this house was perfect for us, great location (10 minute walk into Looe, and lots places to visit nearby) well appointed, very clean and comfortable house, and lovely to have meals out on the balconies with such an amazing view. There are about 60 steps up to the house but this didn't bother us at all - there is option to drive round and walk along a path when unloading the car.
