A haven of peace in the city, this building of 240m2 is located in a park of about 3000 m2, with mature trees ... It offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 4 of which have their own bathrooms (2 with bath and 2 with shower), a large double room with fireplace and piano, a well equipped kitchen and very friendly ...
It is located 7 minutes walk from a tram stop (access to the city center in 10 minutes), 15 minutes drive from the beach and 10 minutes from the motorway exit.
Adults and children bicycles can be made available.

Luxury oasis in the city

Perfect base for exploring Montpellier while also enjoying the privacy of this beautifully arranged villa and it's peaceful garden with pool and shade-giving trees. All bedrooms well equipped with ensuite facilities. Plenty of space for a large group. Thanks so much, Sophie and Hugues.
