Holiday house with swimming pool, jacuzzi, fenced yard, BBQ, pets friendly. Villa Vernier is furnished with new, modern and high quality furniture. It is located on the edge of the village and surrounded by nature. It has 165 m2 over two floors and it is located on its own piece of land of 2000 mq. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-bed for two persons and an exit to terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, each room with its own bathroom and a common terrace with a view at the pool and green hills. Features free, wireless Internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, towels and bed linen. The house has a large pool of 32 sqm with deck chairs and umbrellas, outdoor fireplace with grill and private parking (for 3 cars). Kringa is a small village just 3 km from the town of Tinjan-The Town of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir waren 2 Wochen da und es war wirklich traumhaft! Alles war sehr sauber, der Kontakt sowohl mit dem Vermieter als auch mit der Agentur war sehr angenehm. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, da das Dorf auf einem Hügel liegt und man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung hat.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung war einfach, aber es war ausreichend. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern größer als er ist, uns hat aber gereicht. Der Whirlpool war super😊 Die Größe des Hauses war toll, jeder konnte sich bei Bedarf zurück ziehen. Der Weg zu Meer war etwas länger als wir es erhofft hatten, aber gut händelbar. Der nächste große Einkaufsmarkt ist jedoch 20 Minuten weg, was etwas umständlich ist? Jedoch gibt es einen kleinen Laden im Dorf..

Alles Perfekt

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Mit viel Platz für alle. Ein wunderschöner Pool mit Garten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Kommunikation mit ihm war immer super. Ein kleines Lädele im Ort versorgt einen mit dem nötigsten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir werden wieder kommen :)
