An autochthonous Istrian house meticulously remodeled and interiorly coordinated, starting with a small but sufficiently equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating. The house is air-conditioned. From the living room it is possible to go out to a spacious covered terrace, where you can use a summer kitchen with a barbecue fireplace and a 32 m2 swimming pool with deckchairs.
A green atmosphere has been created in front of the house with carefully selected Mediterranean plants. An ideal place for an evening glass of wine and relaxation with the sounds of nature. Holiday house Lana is located in Šušnjići, 9 km from the tourist town of Poreč and only 20 km from Rovinj. The nearest place with a shop, bakery, pharmacy and post office is the historically famous town of Sveti Lovreč.
