Magnífica Villa de 4 dormitorios con vistas a la playa en Alleynes Bay, St. James

4 baños, construido en 2006 esta hermosa 4 dormitorios, es nuestra casa de vacaciones de la familia. Su ubicación privilegiada en la cresta aprovecha las magníficas vistas panorámicas a mar sin dejar de ser lo suficientemente cerca para estar a poca distancia de la playa y las instalaciones locales. Las impresionantes vistas son hermosas por día y por la noche las zonas exteriores son fabulosos para comer al aire libre / barbacoa o simplemente sentarse bajo las estrellas con una copa de vino y ver los barcos de crucero de vela en la distancia. Nuestra villa combina el lujo de Barbados con las comodidades del hogar! Una gran cubierta de madera conduce desde la casa a la piscina con jardines a todos lados. El salón está dividido nivel con cómodos sofás, sillones y sofá leyendo. La entrada a la casa tiene su propia terraza cubierta para escapar del sol. La villa cuenta con TV, DVD y un amplio stock de música y películas además de juegos y una pequeña biblioteca. WIFI está disponible en toda la propiedad y fuera de la zona de la terraza / piscina. Las llamadas locales son gratuitas.


Después de haber pasado varios meses al año en Barbados durante la última década he adquirido gran conocimiento (y contactos) en la isla. De hecho he escrito varias características para revistas del Reino Unido (por ejemplo, Raro, lugar en el sol) sobre los atractivos de la isla. Puedo arreglar casi cualquier cosa para nuestros clientes de un itinerario completo de vacaciones, alquiler de coches, reservas en restaurantes, excursiones en barco a los taxis y los floristas! Queremos que disfrute de nuestra casa y de esta hermosa isla tanto como lo hacemos!

Mientras que un coche no es esencial, se recomienda si usted desea tomar ventaja de lo que Barbados tiene que ofrecer y la villa tiene 2 plazas de aparcamiento privado.

We loved our week at Barbara’s. There is no better location on the West coast. Walk to the most beautiful beach (we visited several others and always came back to “our beach” with a greater appreciation of what it had to offer. The water was calm and warm , lots of fish for snorkelling and a nice surprise; lots of sea glass that we collected. Walkable to several nice lunch/supper spots from the beach- Nautique, Fairmont beach bar, Juma’s just to name a few.. and of course Pepperjacks right on the beach with music and cold drinks. The villa provided lots of space for 8 to enjoy a meal on the deck or lounge to watch a late night movie. Pool was lovely to cool off. We also did morning walks to La Baguette for the best morning cappuccino and ham and cheese croissant ever! Enjoyed dinner at Sea Shed (6min drive), and also close to Massey Grocery (8min drive) that has everything you could need. Barbados wildlife reserve a must, try and go for feeding time, amazing. Thank you Barbara for sharing your home, we made memories to last a lifetime.

Fantastic stay at this property!

We had a most wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, which was a huge plus for our group of six. The location is very central with access to beaches two minutes away, the views from the pool deck are spectacular, the kitchen is very well equipped too. We had a very special stay here and thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family vacation

Barbara’s home was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool, views, porch, beach and local restaurants. The house was perfect for all of us to have our own space! We loved Barbados and would love to visit again.

Family memorial

This was a trip to memorialize my in-laws. They wanted the family to travel to Barbados together after their passing. In spite of the sad circumstances we had a great time. The house is beautiful. Barbados is not commercialized and the people are great. Very relaxing and fun.

Amazing

Our trip to Barbados was way more than we ever expected! The house was perfect. We had three couples with ample space, the views of the ocean were stunning and it was set in a peaceful neighborhood. The house manager was easily accessible throughout our stay. The only downfall of the house is location if you mind driving 30 minutes to get to different beaches/restaurants. We rented a car and really enjoyed our adventures driving around the island so it was perfect for us!!

A perfect vacation!

My vacation with friends in Barbados was absolutely amazing and our stay here was a huge reason why it was the perfect trip. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything needed to relax, swim, enjoy home cooked meals, and spend days at the beach and sightsee. Friendly neighbors and a beautiful beach are within walking distance (Rico’s and Ju Ju’s are a must). The grocery store, several wonderful restaurants, shopping, etc. are all conveniently located and just a short car ride away. To really see all the island has to offer (highly recommend) renting a car is a must! Thank you so much to Barbara, the property owner, for sharing your home and making check in/out and everything about the house amazing. And thank you Sylvia, the housekeeper, for being there to greet us when we arrived and helping us feel even more at home with your hospitality and helpfulness.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had some difficulty in finding the house with the address provided but we did eventually get there. If a landmark such as the LoneStar restaurant was provided this came up easily on Google maps. Simple directions to the house from there would have made it a lot less stressful in finding the house. We were a family of 8 with 2 small children - they loved the pool and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations. Sylvia was at the house waiting for us when we arrived and was very welcoming. The location was great - near many nice upscale restaurants and the beach was right down the hill from the house. I would recommend water shoes since there are lots of rocks in the water and a little tough on small feet. Overall this was a memorable vacation and thank you to Barbara for the use of her lovely home.

Perfect!

We stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my fiance's birthday and it could not have been better - such a wonderful home and wonderful host. The location is great, close to hotels, cabs, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The house has everything you need, plus a spectacular view. The host and housekeeper were extremely helpful, informative and communicative. Highly recommend staying here!

Oasis of tranquility

Fabulous house with incredible hillside view over the sea. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms all very spacious and great ensuite to each room. Housekeeper really helpful. House has generous proportions with covered decking, first floor veranda and large patio leading to the pool. Nestled in a residential area that proved tricky to find initially in the dark but seeing the monkeys playing in the morning at the bottom of the garden was wonderful. Easy access to Bridgetown, Holetown and Speightstown via local bus.

Superb Home

We booked the house for 10 days and absolutely loved it. We were 4 couples vacationing together and we loved the fact that we all had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. The pool area was magnificent and we didn't spend a minute inside except to cook and sleep. Sylvia was a fabulous resource with respect to the area and the house was exactly as portrayed on the website. Would highly recommend this property.

Great house, exactly as pictured. Short 5 min walk to the beach, and quick bus or car ride to the grocery store (2km) in Holetown. Beautiful view from the deck overlooking the water. Would definitely return!

Easter in Barbados

All the family had a great time in Barbados. This house is lovely in everyway. We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the pool and beautiful views. Home is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. We did have a little difficulty locating the home so make sure you get clear directions from Barbara if you have not stayed before! We wouldlove to return! Thankyou Barbara.

Great house in a terrific location with a very helpful owner and housekeeper

Spent one week over New Year here with my husband and adult children. Five of us had a super time. The combination of British owner Barbara and her lovely housekeeper Sylvia and a lovely four bedroom four bath home with pool and stunning views. This was a super great vacation. Barbara helped us secure great reservations at top restaurants and Sylvia cooked up a fabulous meal. The Santi beach club was a great spot to hang out. The house was so comfortable and air conditioning and fans worked really well when needed. Clean comfortable and relaxing with everything you need including a well outfitted kitchen. Just can't say enough praise about this entire experience. Thank you Barbara!!

Barbados Bliss

Seriously one of the most incredible vacations of my life, especially thanks to Barbara's hospitality and kindness. The house was incredible, and perfect for our group. We loved everything, right down to the towels and linens. Foremost we loved the walking distance to the beach and a invigorating infinity pool. Thank you, and we can't wait to return.

It doesn't get much better than this...

We have just returned from a glorious stay at this Villa and I cannot recommend the property anymore if I tried. It is such a beautiful house in a fantastic location in paradise. The house was very clean and looked after by the lovely Sylvia (the housekeeper) during our stay. There really was every little essential and then a lot of luxuries available to use in the house, inflatables for the pool, lots of card and board games for evenings entertainment, books and DVD's, a super blender for mixing up my favourite Pina Colada's and then towels, beach towels, cool bags, hair dryers & straighteners...the list is literally endless. The house is large and spacious, the air conditioning throughout was a real relief from the tropical heat and the pool was really fabulous. The house is a real family favourite and my Parents and Sister (and her family) have both been before and return time and time again. It was our first trip and I hope we can return again soon. Thank you Barbara for allowing us to experience the beautiful island of Barbados from your fabulous house. 100% recommended x

Fantastic Villa

We had a super holiday staying in this lovely villa. We took our 2 elderly mothers with us, they were very comfortable in their bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms The pool is a great place to keep cool while taking in the magnificent views Barbara was most helpful organising our rental car and anything to make our stay wonderful Can't wait to go back!!

Simply amazing

Me and my family spent two weeks (end of April/beginning of May 2015) in this absolutely stunning villa. Although this review is very delayed (sorry Barbara!), I really would like to share some words about this magnificent house. Our stay was... fantastic!!! The house is truly amazing and the standard is very high. Our whole family was truly impressed by the house and everything it had to offer. The view was amazing, the rooms where wonderful and the location could not be any better. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach (perhaps 15 minutes back to the house though, due to the quite steep uphill road to the house :) Also, the housekeeper Sylvia was extremely helpful and sweet. I truly have no complaints what so ever. Thank you so much Barbara! We'll be back! :)

The luxury of Barbados with all the comforts of home.
Dining out and lazing on the beach are a great way to enjoy Barbados but dining out on your own verandah and lying by your own pool whilst soaking in our fantastic view are the best way to enjoy Barbados. Thats what No1 is ... not a holiday let but your own home for the duration of your stay. Careful planning and communication with my guests means the holiday is tailored to their specific needs whether I am booking the best waterside table at a top class restaurant for a honeymoon couple, arranging baby equipment for families or that special private catamaran cruise for a 60th birthday celebration. I want for my guests what I want myself - a relaxing enjoyable vacation which will create memories that last a lifetime.
