Copacabana Condo Avec vue imprenable!

Notre belle, entièrement rénové et entièrement climatisé condo est situé au dernier étage de l'immeuble Lord Nelson sur la Praça do parc Lido avec des vues fabuleuses qui donnent sur la plage de Copacabana, ainsi que la célèbre statue du Christ qui illumine la ville. Vous vous sentirez comme vous êtes sur la plage sans jamais aventurer à l'extérieur! Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale et un grand lit dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a 2 salles de bains modernes, plus une 3e salle de bain dans la cuisine. Full size laveuse américaine séparée et sèche-linge sont uniques à Rio. cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, micro-ondes de taille standard et un réfrigérateur sont fournis dans la cuisine bien équipée. Les deux prises de courant du Brésil et des États-Unis ont été installés dans tout le condo. TV écran plat, lecteur Blu-ray et Internet sans fil fourni. Le bâtiment dispose de 24 heures portiers. Ceci est notre deuxième maison donc il a été amoureusement entretenu!

Amazing condo right on Copacabana beach, close to plenty of restaurants. Condo was great for two couples, very comfortable, full kitchen and laundry. Doormen were very friendly and helpful. Host was really great to communicate with and very helpful.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Copacabana

Absolutely loved our stay! Steven’s apartment was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed, great appliances, cozy bed, and a warm vibe. The view is truly unbeatable, with stunning ocean and cityscapes. Steven was kind and responsive, the building staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay and location

The property was everything that was described in the listing. Check in process was simple, location was perfect with view of Copacabana Beach and Christ the Redeemer. You're in the heart of a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Kitchen had everything you needed to make some home cooking (we made lasagna being 6800 miles away from home!). Washer and dryer were great to have, so pack light! I would highly recommend Steven and Debra's place and can't thank them enough for a great stay:)

Unforgettable week in Rio!

This penthouse apartment is perfectly situated overlooking Copacabana beach. The views out the window are sensational and but you are sufficiently far from the beach to ensure peace and quiet when you need it. The apartment had everything we needed (2 adults) and Steven was very helpful and communicative at all times. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to this fantastic city.

A wonderful place to stay, with an amazing view

This apt has an amazing view of Copacabana beach and some of the nearby mountains. The apt had everything we needed and the location can't be beaten, one block from the beach!

Amazing Location

Steve & Debra’s place is exactly as described. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. A hop across the street to the beach and amazing views. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Plus all the extra help they provide before the stay and recommendations during the stay made it that much better.

Perfect Apartment!

Lovely apartment with wonderful views of the beach and mountains. Great place to have as a home base to come back to every night after exploring Rio and the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the “Recollections of Old Brazil” book, the top picture on page 115 could have been taken from this apartment had it been around then.

Exactly what I expected!

The property was exactly as described, and the pictures are accurate… It was very clean, comfortable and easy to access close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. The property owner was amazing and it did a great job to make sure we had everything we need!

Fantastic location

The location just tucked into a neighborhood on Copacabana Beach was just the perfect spot for our family. We were walking distance to a number of good cafes, to the famous Copacabana Palace where you can enjoy a beautiful spa and the BEACH, which is stunning. The apartment was clean with great views. There are a number of supermarkets nearby to get basic amenities that you might need for some basic cooking, as the apartment really didn’t have any of them on hand. The check-in process was easy and seamless and the front desk staff was welcoming. It was a lovely place to stay!

Perfect location

The apartment was the perfect location with easy access to the beach, meals and 24 hour view of Christ the Redeemer. It was well suited for our family and Steven was easy to communicate with as he was responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend this apartment!

Incredible views and responsive hosts

The apartment is lovely, modern and well-equipped. The hosts were immediately responsive to our needs. They left a fabulous tour guide that supported our stay. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Amazing views & great location

The photos from the listing don't give the view the justice it deserves - they were breathtaking. We really enjoyed our 3-week stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is in a great location, right across from the beach and near plenty of places to eat. We had 2 people working remotely and there was plenty of room and table space for us to work effectively. The 24/7 doormen were very nice and there is a convenient shower/foot wash station in the garage for when you are coming back from the beach covered in sand. Communication with the host was very easy and prompt. I would highly recommend and would to come back.

Nice to 2 bedroom with beautiful views at the Copacabana

this unit was recently reburbished, the building is an older building and has no facilities like pool, gym etc. but great location and a reasonable price.We where just unlucky with the weather (it rained the whole week) so we missed a gym But the whle process was easy and was easy and we can recommend this unit.

The perfect location in Copacabana.

There isn't a better location along Copacabana beach than this place. A minute walk to the beach. Less than a minute walk to 2 good restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store. Within 5 minutes of every service you can think of. Need a hair cut? There are 3 places within a block. Wife wants her nails done? There are 6 places within 2 blocks. Want to catch a shuttle to Corcovado? It's a couple minutes away from the front door. The apartment has a full kitchen (if none of the restaurants work for you) and a full washer and dryer. The host is also fantastic. He's there when you need him and checks in to make sure everything is going well. I'm not really sure how he could be better. The only thing I wish I had was more time to spend here.

Unsurpassed location, modern, bright and spacious!

This apartment is excellent ! It looks exactly like the pictures. Very few apartments in Copacabana have balconies or even views, and even though this place doesn't have a balcony, the large windows all open up to give it the feeling that the whole wall IS a balcony. What's even better is that most apartments only have views of the beach OR The mountains (or no view), but here you will have a panoramic, beachside view, city view and mountain views and a clear sight line to Christ The Redeemer! We were here for the New Years Eve fireworks, and watching it from the apartment will be an experience we will never forget ! The apartment is on a dead end street right across from Copacabana beach, steps away from grocery and shopping, as well as transit. The Doormen are all friendly and funny, and even though we didn't speak Portuguese, they helped us out a lot. The owner is easy to communicate with and very informative, and the property manager is very kind. (She doesn't speak English, but was a pleasure to meet.) If you are checking in late, there is a trick to the door locks, so make sure you get instructions. It's very secure ! All in all, this is a perfect vacation rental for either 2 or 4 visitors!

Lovely view/ location

Pictures are always taken with wide angled lenses, so I was under the impression the flat had a different layout. ( I did not like the suite being adjoined to the living area. I should say there was a divider glass door, it’s just not my taste) Steven was super attentive and always answered queries. There were a couple of issues. The worst being MY phone stopped working on day 2 which really upset me. Steven says he’s never heard anyone else complain, so I’ve no idea what the issue was. I just was So Happy when at the airport all was well again. If you are in Rio and want to be ON Copacabana, I would definitely recommend this place for a family with young kids or two couples. The place was well presented, with a number of instructions throughout the flat explaining how to keep it in the condition you found it. The one point I was surprised with, was an automatic non returnable fee that was paid upfront, for potential damages. I have been in places before that HOLD an amount in case of any damage, but not a non refundable one.

Stunning view. Great standards and location

The apartment has great standards the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is very convenient. Well furnished and amazing view. Very clean when we got i we had a great stay and loved the location on animated copacabana. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. The owners and the staff of the building made everything easy for us to spend very nice holidays in family.

We love to travel and have a daughter in college and have hosted 10 sons from 9 countries through AFS Intercultural Programs. We love to hike and enjoy spending time outdoors. We enjoy good food and cooking. We love the warmth of the Brazilian people and always feel safe and welcome in Rio!

Our condo on Copacabana is located on the only beachside park (Praca do Lido at Posto 2) and is 2 blocks north of the famous Copacabana Palace Hotel where the elite stay when visiting Rio. In 2 minutes you can go from our living room to the wide white sand beach to enjoy the surf, play beach volleyball, beach futbol, or just enjoy walking, biking or jogging along Avenida Atlantica which is lined with beachside cafes, restaurants and artisans. Many cafes have live music in the evenings. On Thursdays there is a Farmers Market 1 block away; on weekends a craft fair sets up across the street by the park. The vans that take tourists to Tijuca Forest and up to Corcovado (where the Christ overlooks the city) leave from the park. Cardeal Arcoverde Metro stop is less than a 10 minute walk (6 blocks) from the building. Rio Sul Shopping (inside mall) is 2 bus stops away. Ipanema and Leblon beaches and restaurants are easy to get to either by metro, 10 min cab or 6 km walk. The famous Sugarloaf Cable Car (Pao de Acugar) is a 10 minute cab ride north. Evening hotspot Lapa is a 15 min cab ride.

You do not have to leave the condo to enjoy the beach! The windows of this condo offer an uninterrupted view of the entire Copacabana Beach, activity on the Avenida and the Christ in the mountains overlooking the city. Enjoy the best New Years Eve party in the world- watch and hear the live bands and view the fireworks - without leaving the condo!
The condo has been completely remodeled and has a very spacious and open feel! It is wired with both USA and Brazilian outlets and equipped with American style clothes washer and dryer. Air conditioning splits have been installed throughout the condo to create a central air feel, however they can be used selectively for those who prefer to open the windows. The condo is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook at least some meals. An American style coffee pot and hair dryer are provided. A cooler and beach chairs are also provided.
