If you love "ROBINSON'S TOURISM" then this house is perfect for you. This Vacation House is perfectly located, just 50m from the cristal blue sea with basicaly your very own private beach. This is a private property so noone will have the access to the house but you. Upper floor is a sleeping area with 1 double-bed and 2 single beds. This area can accomodate 4 persons. On the down floor, there is a living room with a sofa (which can be made into sofa bed and can accomodate 1 more person), dining table and a romantic fireplace. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are separated rooms. Kitchen is equiped with all the necesary tools and amenities. It has a fridge, freezer, a stove, cooking pots, plates, glasses, etc. The house is surrounded by big terrace with dining table and subathing chairs from where you can enjoy breathtaking views while taking some vitamin D from the sun or enjoying your favourite mediteranean meal. In front of the house there is a path to your beach. Also, 5-7min walking distance from the house there is a sandy beach Lovrecina with a beach bar and a restaurant.
