On the down floor, there is a living room with a sofa (which can be made into sofa bed and can accomodate 1 more person), dining table and a romantic fireplace. Kitchen, bathroom and living room are separated rooms. Kitchen is equiped with all the necesary tools and amenities. It has a fridge, freezer, a stove, cooking pots, plates, glasses, etc. The house is surrounded by big terrace with dining table and subathing chairs from where you can enjoy breathtaking views while taking some vitamin D from the sun or enjoying your favourite mediteranean meal. In front of the house there is a path to your beach. Also, 5-7min walking distance from the house there is a sandy beach Lovrecina with a beach bar and a restaurant.
